The room is good enough if you are using room just for basic nessacity. No fancy stay. You need to convey to frontdesk everytime you want your room to be cleaned. It is 10min walk fromt metro. There are multiple service apartments in same building. The name is bit misleading as it has nothing to do with Park Hyatt (my main reason of booking it initially). Front desk guy is helpful. Overall good stay. Also keep in mind that there are two flats, one is below and another on top. The staircase is very very narrow without any place to keep luggage. It was quite tough to with luggage to enter or come out of room as I got the room above.

Good room with great view

It’s a. Very good hotel with beautiful finishing, close to the Beijing airport and their customer service is excellent with a Beautiful view.

Really great place, very cute and decent room. Also has some supplies to make my stay comfortable. The service staff were very receptive and helpful and they has professional translation software which made communication very easy. I’ll recommend it any day!

We stayed here for 4nights. The name is deceptive and fake. Park hotel or Hyatt hotels have nothing to do with this place. They have few small rooms in a residential building and they call it apartment hotel. I have travelled more than 22 countries and never have seen such shady place. The manager can’t speak English. To make him understand 5-5 sentences takes more than 30min. He is rude and arrogant and not helpful. I would give -10 for hotel but the provision is not there here. SIMPLY AVOID THIS PLACE.

To get to the apartment, it is a 10 min walk from the Shanxi station. At the metro is all the shopping options you could want. There is also some good food options in the retail space in the building. The reception is locked off, so you need to talk to the guard at the front door to let you up to the reception. Even better get the Wechat of the apartment prior to arriving will make this seemless.

It's just fine, nothing fancy. I still prefer the one upstairs, the Yige Zhixiang Aprtment but its pricier though.

Quiet, clean, and the location is very near to the canton fair . Have shopping mall few steps away , convenient.
