We stayed at the Ataki because the sister hotel at the castle was closed. It was amazing, the location was even better and had stunning views of both sides of Santorini. The balcony was large and had 2 Sun beds and a jacuzzi. Everything was nice and clean and we were treated to champagne and sweets when we arrived. Not to mention there were Really nice staff.

How can this be a cliff hotel pool? It's a photo-scam trap! I spent a huge amount of money to book a cave suite because of the sea view pool and arched sea view windows (Figure 1) and the terrace with sea view (Figure 2) in the room type details on Ctrip. I wanted to have the same check-in photos as in the picture. As a result, I checked into the hotel after traveling thousands of miles to find that the swimming pool was hidden underground! It was pitch black! The arched windows also became small square windows, squeezing in some skylight, just like a water dungeon in a prison! Want to take a photo? The photos that came out were all eerie ghosts. The terrace in reality is completely different from the one in Figure 2, and it's impossible to take a photo. I flew all the way here just for this "Santorini style", but all my expectations were smashed by this broken swimming pool and terrace! I communicated with the hotel manager, and he said that if you book on booking, what you see is what you get, but if you book on Ctrip, you can only book the cave suite room type, not necessarily this kind of swimming pool, this kind of arched window, and this kind of terrace. Very speechless! This is not a promotional picture, it's clearly a scam! Doesn't the platform review seriously? The hotel is too good at fooling people, right? The good mood of vacation was ruined by this "underwater cage"!

We visited this place for our honeymoon, and although the price is really expensive, I think it is the place where you can enjoy the best view of Oia village. It was a pity that there was a lot of dust in the pool, but the water was clean enough to be counted among the best in Santorini, and all the services were friendly and convenient. I was very, very satisfied with the luxurious facilities and service, and I was able to have the most enjoyable experience during my trip.

In the innermost part of Oia, there is an independent swimming pool. You can wait for the sunset in the room. Breakfast is directly delivered to the room. The swimming pool is heated. The cave room is very spacious.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at Aspaki Art Maisons Hotel in Santorini was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the service, property, and in-room amenities exceeded every expectation. The hospitality was out of this world—every staff member went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. The food was divine, especially the breakfast. Every morning we were treated to some of the freshest, most delicious breakfast dishes we’ve ever had—it truly set the tone for each perfect day. We stayed in the honeymoon suite “The Domes” (room 114) and it was absolutely magical. The view of the blue domes from our private Jacuzzi and just outside our steps was unbelievable. No waiting in line with hundreds of tourists for photos—we had the most iconic Santorini view completely to ourselves. It was worth every penny, and we would book it again in a heartbeat. Special thanks to Marianna, Joanna, Nefali, the amazing bar staff, the gentlemen who helped with our luggage, the housekeeping team, and the lovely ladies in the office who arranged our dinner reservations, catamaran cruise, and taxis. Their care and thoughtfulness made every single day perfect. And just when we thought it couldn’t get better, we were upgraded on our last night to a cave pool suite at their sister property, Oia Castle. Watching the famous Oia sunset from our unobstructed private terrace was an unforgettable experience. The Oia Castle Luxury Suite was absolutely divine! My husband and I will never forget our trip to Santorini, all thanks to Aspaki. If you’re considering booking here—don’t hesitate. It will be one of the best travel decisions you’ll ever make!

Location was stunning, definitely get the best view in OIA. I really went back and forth between Aspaki and Kaitikes, and I’m so happy we chose here. The pool was perfect - no one was ever in it. The views were gorgeous. Staff was super friendly, and so accommodating even booked us in room massages - DO IT. Let’s not forget their breakfast 8-10 am. It’s made fresh to order (only spot we had that at on our 2 week trip) and it did not disappoint everything we ordered was amazing. The staff was so kind to even offer to come in early to make us breakfast and have it ready in our room by 7:30 am before our departure - way better than a breakfast box. This was our favorite stop and can’t wait to go back. Did I mention they have the best view of the blue domes - no line for pictures.

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for 5 days in Santorini. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left everything at this hotel was perfect. It was absolutely stunning and in the perfect location. We had two rooms during our stay and both completely private with breathtaking views. The food was not only the best we had in Santorini but also the best in Greece itself. If you’re looking for that perfect place in Santorini please don’t hesitate this is it.

The Art Maisons Aspaki Hotel in Oia is really the most visually spectacular place I have ever stayed. The view from our room literally took my breath away! The sea, the cliffs... it was overwhelmingly beautiful. The staff were fantastic and I would like to give a special thank you to Marianna who took care of us every step of the way. The room was cleaned meticulously every morning and in the evening, we would return after dinner to find that our towels had been refreshed and the room checked again. The stairs are definitely something to keep in mind. We are 67 and 70 years old and we were fine. When we first arrived, I admit to being intimidated. However, once we went up and down a few times, I felt more comfortable and at ease. Upon arrival and departure, the staff carry your bags up and down. You do not need to ask. They do this for all their guests. I loved staying there so much and hope to return someday!

Imagine a sitting in a private pool with your special person, with the pool partially hanging on the edge of a cliff overlooking the sea and partially wrapped inside a cave hollowed out of the volcanic cliff. Sitting directly above you but out of your view is Oia Castle, the very best place in the entire island to watch the sunset. You can either watch the sunset from your pool or climb up a few stairs to sit on your private sunbeds while enjoying a bottle of wine and a plate of greek appetizers. After the sun sets, you can either make your way back to your modern, comfortable room or step down the path to one of many restaurants. From your private balcony, you can watch (or join) the tourists and donkeys climbing the stairs from the port directly below you. Hotel staff is never far away but never too close - a perfect balance. This is Art Maisons Oia Castle. If you cannot fall in love here, you are perhaps a lost cause. There are few practicalities: (1) it is expensive, but you get what you pay for. It is a small property where everyone gets individual attention, and it is very unique real estate; if you want a bargain - this is not it. (2) You need to take them up on their offer to meet you at the bus station and deliver your luggage. Like all hotels in that part of the village, you cannot drive directly to the hotel. You have to walk. We were met by a very nice guy who is tremendously strong - hefting one full size suitcase over his shoulder and carrying the other by a handle up and down many flights of crowded stairs - definitely a life saver; (3) There is no restaurant on the property. You order breakfast to arrive at a designated time the night prior, and they bring it directly to your suite where you can sit outside and watch the village come alive; (4) getting to your hotel right at sunset when four or five cruise ships are in town can be challenging since the entrance is about 10 meters from Oia Castle which is a VERY popular destination for Instagram photos. Finally, if you are old enough to have lived through the 1980's, you may remember a movie called Summer Lovers with Darryl Hannah (Cathy) and Peter Gallagher (Michael). This hotel (prior to a major renovation) was actually the location of Lena's villa and looks directly across at the villa of Michael and Cathy. Lena's room is now Room 205. We stayed in Room 206 which shares a common entrance.
