We traveled from Geneva Airport, there is free shuttle service provided. Just wait outside the arrival exit, u can catch the shuttle bus. It is very near to the airport yet not fair from the city centre. The hotel provides City pass to its guests who pay city tax, with the pass, we can take tram/bus/train within the Geneva City. Our visit to Geneva this time is mainly to attend the Watches and Wonders even 2025, which the bus stop of the shuttle bus to Palexpo is just around the corner. The hotel is new and clean, same as most of the Switzerland hotel, they don't provide slippers as shower cap, but shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. We bought the breakfast, it is not much variety but taste good, simple be nice.

Clean room, comfy bed with an airport shuttle service. The hotel also provide a free transportation card to travel to anywhere in Geneva up to the date we check out. The hotel is less than 5 mins walk to the tram station which takes you to the city center easily. Would surely stay here again.

All of the staff at this hotel is very helpful esp abraham we get a lot of information from him on where to go and how to go and where to get halal food we will definitely come again to this hotel tq so much for making it easier for me and my family

Wow what an incredible hotel! We started off arriving super early to hotel even though check in was meant to be at 3. To our surprise the lovely hotel staff let us check in early and issued our free geneva travel pass and showed us to our rooms. Onto our room, it was very clean, so spacious with ample storage space and safe, TV and amazing views overlooking the alps. The walk in shower was the highlight and has been sorely missed since getting back home. The hotel has everything you need, restaurant bar, 24 hour reception service, small gym and added sauna which is all included free of charge. The location is very handy only being a 10 minute bus from the airport and tram outside the hotel that goes straight into geneva city centre. The staff were so helpful and welcoming and made our stay 10/10. Will definitely be back to this hotel again couldnt have had a better time.

Hotel is within the great location with access to facilities close by but the service is slow and staff is very helpful.

We had a great stay here. The location was good too, it was 10 minutes from the airport. They let me check in early too, which was great. However there was only one pillow when I arrived and when I returned back to the hotel around 9pm there was still only one pillow, had to go down to ask again. They happily gave me more.

Great front desk staff with great attitudes. The hotel room itself is spacious, clean, and modern! The hotel is also very near a tram and a bus station too making it easy to travel to both the city and the airport. They also offer citypasses that allow for free travel within Geneva! Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would book again if I ever visit Geneva.
