I relied on my travel agent’s choice and here’s what happened. It is well located, near the subway and walking distance from train station and buses. When you enter the property it immediately feels like WW2, even greeted by cockroaches. It is an interesting concept. I expected a B&B and in fact is a 6 room mini hotel on the second floor. Rooms are small and appear clean (housekeeping lady does a great job). The mattress is all stained. The room is noisy because it faces the street despite double pane window. Shower is weird because the shower head faces the 2 piece glass door and you get everything wet. Room has some maintenance issues to resolve. The safety box is a little joke and WiFi is so so. A/C works fine and they have a mini breakfast closet where you can find pastries,sandwiches, coffee or tea that you can eat in your room or on your way out. The cost of cancelling was €680.

A very safe hotel on the 2nd floor of the building. Affordable, with access to the Metro Station right outside the door and the buses at a walking distance. Breakfast was the same every day but tasty. Rooms were clean and all the facilities one could need were in the room. Location is perfect, Santa Maria Maggiore was 2mins away walking, Colosseum about 10-15 max with the metro. Lorenzo (the receptionist) was very kind and friendly!

I try to be concise. I make a reservation via booking, relying on the possibility of changing the date in the event of an unexpected event. Unfortunately, a few days before departure, due to health problems, I have to give up this trip. I call the manager, who, --EXCEPTIONALLY AVAILABLE--, tells me that the change must be "authorized" by booking. I call booking assistance and they tell me that the change must be "accepted" by the structure. All this goes on for two days between the manager and booking, moral of the story, booking authorizes but, lo and behold, the MANAGER REFUSES (reason still not clear) the proposal (after 2 booking interventions) and I lose my payment in full . There is probably some procedure unknown to me, I want to put myself in the wrong, I assume my responsibility but: 1. I'm not the one who decides when an accident should happen to me (the manager's response was "I found out a few days before "); 2 there's no point in letting me push you around, just say from the start: "ma'am, I'm sorry but it's not possible; 3 I would have easily paid the difference on the stay. I certainly wouldn't go back because of the rudeness I received.

Very pleasant experience. Lorenzo was very welcoming, kind and nice. Right room for our one night stay. Optimal location: 10 min walk from Termini Station and 1 min walk from the Vittorio Emanuele metro. Thank you for everything, for your kindness and availability Lorenzo!

I stayed 3 nights at Domus Domas, very simple and very welcoming. Lorenzo is super available and attentive and an example of this was that I had a problem with the AC in the room and he resolved it immediately. Located a few meters from Termini station and short distances from several squares and churches in the city, as well as the coliseum. The cleanliness of the entire hostel as well as its aroma is essential for a guest to feel good and in this regard it is top marks. Least positive point - Lack of mini fridge in the rooms. A place to recommend!

Relativamente cerca de Termini tiene buena conexión para moverse por la ciudad. Sigue el perfil de piso turístico, se ofrece clave de acceso a través de la reserva móvil de forma que es importante estar operativo para poder recibir las indicaciones correctamente; también ofrecen atención en un número móvil para todo lo necesario ya que aunque cuenta con recepción, en nuestro caso no hubo personal atendiendo de forma directa, por lo menos durante nuestra estancia. Ofrecen habitaciones privadas con baño, muy limpias aunque con algo de ruido al anochecer, todo y con eso estancia confortable.
