At first we were hesitant about the quality of the hotel because there were not many reviews on trip.com. Later, we decided to stay at this hotel after seeing many good reviews on Google and Japan Hotel Reservation Network. The staff are very kind and friendly, the room is comfortable and there is a private bath. Because we checked in on Christmas Day, the hotel also arranged a bingo game, and every participating guest also received a gift, which was very happy! We chose a room with two meals, and they also got a big chicken spleen for Christmas, which was very filling and satisfying! ! A very unforgettable experience. The room is as good as the picture. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Shirahama! The quality of one stay and two meals is also very high! The bear bison and abalone are really delicious.

We are self driving from JR Wakayama to Shirahama about 2 hours, nice place and good location because can see the sunshine with nice beach view. The onsen is super nice view face to the beach/sea and peaceful. Hotel breakfast is very delicious with traditional Japan and Western style , there is alot of choice too. The staff is helpful to carry on our bag and luggage. The hotel reception have a convenient shop for us to buy the souvenir. I will be back again, thank you!

This hotel is one of the best traditional onsen hotels in Shirahama area. It's a little aged but very warm. We booked a bigger room with the seaview. The view was awesome. There are 3 private onsen huts which you can enjoy with your loved ones with privacy. We had our best onsen experience in this trip.

Although it is a little old fashion, it is very clean. The hotel staff is also very nice, especially there are two Chinese ladies on duty at night, which makes communication very convenient; although the hot spring is a little old, the experience is also very good and it is very comfortable after soaking. The hotel will rotate the male and female baths every day, so be careful not to go to the wrong place; the breakfast is very good, standard and exquisite Japanese breakfast, seafood rice and grilled salmon are of great quality, and I am very satisfied with the food every day; there are also free sand digging tools, flip-flops, and towels at the entrance of the hotel lobby, which is very convenient to go to the beach; the best thing is that there is a self-service coin-operated washing machine, which only costs 500 yen. The clothes that the baby goes to the sea are washed and dried without having to carry dirty clothes for the next trip, which is very convenient! The disadvantage is that there are no bath towels in the hot spring bathhouse, and you need to bring them from the room yourself. I stayed for 2 days and went back to the room every day to get towels, which is very inconvenient. There are also no large bottles of shampoo, shower gel and conditioner in the room. There are only two simple small bags full of Japanese words, which are not enough. It is not very friendly to guests who take a bath in the room.

The store will send the route one day before check-in (although not completely correct) But in general, it is not difficult to find it in combination with Google map. But the defects in this place are also obvious. First of all, the self-check-in and check-out are fully self-check-in. The store has a phone and does not speak Chinese. If you have something, you need to transfer through Trip.com. Second, it may be a relationship that has just opened. There are few errors in the information left, which is easy to mislead. For example, there is no parking lot in the information. The actual house is a parking lot in front of the house. Each suite will also provide a parking space. For example, breakfast can be provided, but there is no such option at all, and there is no supermarket and store opened at night in the 20 minutes or so around the apartment. There is a picture of the bathroom in the photo, but there is no indication in the public facilities that the bathroom is shared by 2 apartments. I also learned when I received the check-in precautions of the store the day before check-in. Frankly, if I know in advance, I will definitely not choose here. Two nights we were wondering if there were any guests in the other suite. The bathroom was at the end of the corridor. There was no air conditioning in the corridor. The bathroom door was very thick and the lock was not very good. I was a little worried when I took a shower. There was a small exhaust fan in the bathroom, which was very stuffy. There is a dirty clothes basket in the outside room, and there is no place to change clothes and towels. There is no elevator, and it is very tired to move up and down if the luggage is heavy. There is no washing machine, which is a bit of a reduction in the frequent change and washing on the beach in summer. Soundproofing is average, and the cars on the road can be heard at night. I don’t know what the problem with the Japanese-style air conditioner in Room 301 is. Every minute or so, there is a sound like the sewer pipe blocking the water and turning up. The buffet-style dinner and breakfast were luxurious and we enjoyed a lot. The bath was also great, with an open-air bath and the fresh air was refreshing. We were a little confused as it was hard to find the entrance to the hotel from the road. It would have been nice if there had been clearer signs.

The hotel has a lobby and no other public service facilities. The lobby is all rooms facing the sea. There is a light show at night. You can send EMAIL to the hotel mailbox. 景色絕美，一套公寓房，客廳大約4.50平米，地下温泉房➕洗澡大概20多平米，卧室大概20多平米放兩張床還有很大空間。在seamore酒店隔壁，離海舟150米吧，窗外看的是同一片海。非常非常靠近海邊，空間大，可以住多人，有冰箱洗衣機廚具電視，可以自己做飯。缺點是太靠近海邊不在交通幹道旁邊，走到seamore（seamore就在馬路邊）大概5分鐘，就是孤零零幾棟樓住的人也少，晚上回來會覺得有點……衹要衞生打掃好了，房東也會讓提前入住，有問題都回復很快
