Hygiene: The bedding is good and the pillows are very comfortable
Environment: The hotel as a whole is very Zen-like
Service: Compared with others, the service is the best. Every service staff is very kind, including the security guard in the parking lot.
Before leaving, I also gave a bag of snacks and drinks.
Afternoon tea for two: There are not many varieties of afternoon tea. Rice wine, eggs, fermented glutinous rice, longan, red dates and eggs are more distinctive Hunan snacks.
Fruit Milk: New fruit milk and snacks every day
And late night snacks
Finally, breakfast is very rich, with many choices of Chinese and Western options. The freshly ground coffee is really great.
Next time I have a chance to fulfill my wish, I will choose to stay there

GGuest UserI went to Hunan for the first time in my life, Changsha, Yueyang and Hengshan. The warmest feeling was in the two days of this Jiji. Before I went, I searched for the Raiders on Du Niang and Little Sweet Potatoes. It seems that some taxis in Nanyue are not very standardized. The first time I went, I was unfamiliar with the place of life, I wanted to find a hotel that could pick up and drop off the station. I saw that Yuji could pick up and drop off the station all the way and was very close to the entrance of the Temple and Hengshan, so I chose it. After all, it was not the kind of large chain hotel, so the expectations were not high at the time. I didn't expect to be lucky and there were surprises.
The hotel has strength, on time, the commercial car to pick up and drop off is not the same, the two drivers are warm and warm. And the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, every time you enter and exit the hall, you will get a polite response, such as a spring breeze. Especially praise Lele and Yunxiang, which have the quality of excellent employees, warm and meticulous but not blunt, and are very attentive to the needs of guests and the development of the hotel. Take the initiative to help with luggage and give us gifts. I wish good people a good report and wish the hotel always prosperous.
The hotel room was clean and tidy, and we were very satisfied with small food. Surprised that the free breakfast is the standard of a star hotel. From the back door to the restaurant of the five-star hotel opposite to eat buffets, spicy and not spicy, fruit drinks, pastries and stir-fried dishes, pasta soup, etc., there are many varieties. I have only more than 200 yuan per day in the off-season. Two people can enjoy such a rich breakfast and perfect service at the front desk of the room and free pick-up station, so much that I joked that I seriously suspect that Yu Ji's boss is doing charity and public welfare.
Without delusion, Yu Ji's service is not inferior to other well-known cheap chain stores. This trip to Hunan, Yu Ji and Hunan cuisine, made my impression of Hunan very good.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I've stayed at Yishan Yishui Hotel! I still like it here! The hotel service is so good! Free pick-up and drop-off at the high-speed rail station, late check-out, every employee will serve you with a smile, the hotel's green area is really large, staying in the hotel is an oxygen-absorbing journey, admiring the flowers blooming on the wall in the inner courtyard garden, tasting the leisurely afternoon tea, a quiet and comfortable afternoon is spent leisurely, what a beautiful enjoyment! The hotel rooms are spacious, well-equipped, clean and tidy, the shower has a large amount of water, and there is an independent small balcony. The room will provide fruits and fruit tea, which will really make you not disappointed! The breakfast variety is rich and the taste is very good! The hotel's rice noodles are especially recommended, which is quite good! In addition, the hotel's foot bath center is also worth recommending. We had a comfortable foot bath massage in the afternoon after climbing the mountain, and a free dinner was also provided. It was really a surprise! I will definitely check in again in the future, and I hope the hotel will get better and better!

AAnonymous User原本不想點評了，但看到了貴店的針對上一條差評回覆我想我還是要還原一下貴店當時的情況，當時我們朋友幾間房很晚到店給了我們三間房的價格268無早每間每晚山景房，這是維也納會員價，然後我們提出第二天續住，讓夜班小姐姐説要297每間每晚，我們説可以的沒問題，讓其先幫忙續住第二天過來續費，小姐姐答應了，此小姐姐態度很好，夜班辛苦了謝謝她.然後第二天過來辦續住前台回覆我們每間要會員價385元山景大床房，我們回覆説小姐姐同意了並已報價297每間的的，前台説不行沒有這個價，後我們上攜程一看是309，於是出示價格再溝通能否給297的價格，我們也懶得搞了，平台也才309沒差多少，依然説沒有，不行，態度也是不親人，讓我們可以上平台訂，朋友有點生氣是因為前同事後同事不一致，有可能是交接問題但她並沒有核實就直接回絕而且多次溝通強硬，我們後面説好的就在平台上訂了，的確有些不愉快了。然後後面上了房間過了一段時間，前台不知道哪位又打電話過來，説給我們每間房送早餐，或者能不能直接給原來説好的價錢297前台價入住取消攜程的單，早幹嘛去了非得為那10塊錢掰扯這麼久，大家都不愉快。印象分不行，拒絕了。後面再去維也納網站上看價格也是308元，我…然後最生氣那位退房就點評了，我還説不要點評了酒店不容易，但是今日一翻點評回覆，不好意思我得跟評了。
有一説一，這家維也納設施環境不錯，可以入，專業度有待改善，不是錢不錢的問題，是不舒服。我們原來在旁邊那個酒店住了很多次，價格訂得比維也納還貴多，但很開心每次來都是定點那家，遺憾的是今年倒閉了，所以訂了維也納。
Ps：衡山是個好地方，這不代表我們對衡山的印象，我們很喜歡這裏經常來。這件事是小插曲，希望酒店能客觀一點對待，知道你們不容易，我給的是中評。
