Overall, my stay was incredibly satisfying. The room was clean and tidy, the front desk service was warm and attentive, and the soundproofing was excellent. The biggest surprise this time was the hotel's own Chuan Xiaobai BBQ – the taste was absolutely divine! You could see how fresh the ingredients were, and the skewers were grilled to perfection, sizzling with oil, crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. The secret Sichuan-style seasoning was fragrant, spicy, and incredibly flavorful, easily rivaling established BBQ joints outside. Enjoying BBQ with the evening breeze created a fantastic atmosphere, and the value for money was outstanding. Next time I stay here, I'm definitely hitting up Chuan Xiaobai BBQ again. Highly recommend everyone staying here gives it a try!

The B&B was only opened last year. The owner and his family are super cute. It takes about 10 minutes from Hengshan West to the B&B, and less than 10 minutes from the B&B to the scenic area. Environment: Because it is newly opened, the environment is very good, there is a small courtyard at the door😁Looking forward to the boss and his wife developing more fun games😍 Hygiene: Very clean, especially the bathroom, mysophobes really love it Service: Round trip transfers to the high-speed rail station and the scenic spot are all-inclusive. The service is really nice! There is also coffee made by the boss lady in the lobby☕️

The hotel offers great service. Rooms are clean, smart, and fully equipped, with a separate wet and dry bathroom. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, and despite being vegetarian, it was delicious. After a satisfying breakfast, it was just a short walk to Nanyue Grand Temple. We entered through the main gate, exited through the back, and then headed directly to the Hengshan Tourist Center – incredibly convenient! Definitely worth a stay, highly recommended!

The hotel facilities and equipment are smart. You can close the curtains and turn on the lights with your voice. The hygiene is good and the service is also very good. My husband forgot to bring a razor when he came out. After calling the service desk, a robot quickly delivered a free razor. , the robot is very cute, and it even calls the room outside the door to remind you to pick up items. There is health porridge in the evening, and the breakfast is not bad. It’s just that the sensor light in the bathroom is too sensitive at night, and it’s very bright. It’s very dazzling at night, and it stays on for a long time, which kind of affects your sleep. In fact, it can be changed to a softer night light.

The room is very new and the environment is clean and hygienic. There is a commercial complex nearby with all the basic necessities of life. The room has been disinfected. There is a gym, restaurant and laundry room on the 4th floor. After a five-kilometer run the next morning, I can go to the next door for breakfast. The handle of the left window in room 1410 was damaged and could not be closed. The staff on duty came to deal with the problem at night but there was no solution. The large truck on National Highway 107 next door started to be noisy in the morning and I couldn't sleep. Other than that, there were no other problems😬

This Dragon Boat Festival, I brought my two sons to Hengyang and booked a stay at this Wyndham. Honestly, traveling with two growing boys, my biggest fear is inconvenient accommodation. Even before we arrived, the front desk called to ask our estimated arrival time and if we had any room requests. I mentioned it would be great if our two rooms were next to each other, and she said, 'Sure, I'll adjust it for you.' When we got there, they even upgraded our room type and registered our license plate, so we didn't have to deal with it every time we entered or exited, which saved us a lot of hassle. The room decor was simple, nothing overly fancy, but it was clean, spacious, and well-laid out. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. Both kids said, 'This room is good,' and for them, comfort is more important than anything else. Breakfast offered a good variety: fish noodles, dry mixed noodles, coarse grains, steamed buns, shaomai, porridge, fries, chicken nuggets, fruits, and vegetables, plus coffee and milk – quite comprehensive. The kids really enjoyed it. On check-out day, since the kids had stayed up late watching the World Cup the night before, I tentatively asked the front desk if we could have a late check-out. They readily agreed, and their attitude was consistently excellent. Our family really trusts the Wyndham brand; we even booked a Wyndham in Changsha for our next leg of the trip today. To be honest, I don't really care about the 'star rating' as long as the stay is comfortable, the service is good, and it's value for money. This Wyndham in Hengyang, I would definitely recommend it.

Great hotel! Very helpful and courteous staff. Don't think you will find much better in Leiyang. Everything is new. Great hot shower and lots of water pressure. No coffee or tea in the rooms or at breakfast. But convenience store is just outside.

The sound insulation is not very good, and you can hear people walking outside. Someone knocking on the other door outside in the middle of the night is particularly loud. I suddenly woke up and thought that the rounds were still what happened. The facilities are some old and the service attitude is ordinary.
