The location is superb, close to Bubugao Plaza, and if you're driving, there's free parking and charging stations, so transportation is completely hassle-free. The new Chinese-style decor is both upscale and cozy, with public areas that are serene and elegant. The hotel service is incredibly thoughtful; our butler, Shuyi, was meticulous and attentive, helping us arrange car transfers to and from the station, proactively introducing the hotel's value-added services, and even sending us breakfast. She answered every question we had. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities were complete and smart, with a Laifen hairdryer and custom toiletries – the attention to detail truly shows the quality. All three meals were surprisingly abundant: breakfast offered a wide variety, afternoon tea was exquisite and delicious, and the late-night snack was wonderfully comforting. The 26th-floor laundry room is free to use, and the high-altitude gym environment is fantastic, making it suitable for both business and leisure. Choose this hotel when you come to Hengyang, you definitely won't regret it!"

Most people who come to Hengshan from out of town visit temples to burn incense. If your hotel could provide genuine incense, candles, and offerings, guests wouldn't need to go elsewhere to purchase them last minute."

The location is excellent, you can also see the mountain view, you can walk to the temple and the visitor center, and it is especially convenient to eat nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. It was just opened this year and the facilities were very new. It was decorated for the standard first-tier city homestay. There was also a swimming pool and drinks. The bed and sofa were very comfortable and felt friendly. The boss is very enthusiastic and will patiently help us plan the blessing route, and also said that if it rains heavily, we can contact him to pick up and drop off. I highly recommend it to all friends who come to Nanyue to pray!"

"This hotel offers very poor value for money. Price: 1. It's completely not worth the price of over 200 yuan. The facilities are outdated, the air conditioning is mediocre, and the room layout is more like an apartment than a hotel. There are obvious cracks and water stains on the walls. 2. The water pressure in the shower is extremely low; it can't even rinse off the shower gel. The water temperature is only 20℃, which is very cold. They use a 3-in-1 product (shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner) in one bottle, leaving my hair very dry. The hotel's cost-cutting measures result in a poor experience. 3. The socket next to the bedside table can't even provide a basic charging solution. If you want to use your phone while charging, there's obvious poor contact. 4. The TV is completely useless; the picture quality is blurry, and the sound is noisy. 5. The bed is not clean at all; there are obvious stains."

The rooms are spacious, the shower water pressure is strong, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the price is great. Next time I come to Hengyang, Xiangjiang Hotel will be my first choice. I must give a thumbs up to the security guard in the underground parking lot. He will guide you to the correct parking spot, which is very thoughtful."
