"When visiting Nanyue Hengshan, hotels near the scenic area are often overpriced and fully booked. So, I opted for a hotel in Hengyang city, which is only about a 40-minute drive away. The hotel bed was very comfortable, and the stir-fry restaurant downstairs was delicious. The noodle shop next door was also great; the minced pork noodles were only 5 yuan a bowl! They can pick you up and drop you off from the railway station and the bus station! I had to change my travel plans last minute, and they helped me change the drop off time and location! The room is very clean and the amenities are great! The roof has a lovely terrace with a great view of the mountains! The food at the hotel is also great!
