"I have to give a bad review. I have stayed in this hotel several times in the past few years. Every summer, the hotel room is basically not functioning well. I was very unhappy when I checked in yesterday. There were several power outages right after I checked in. I consulted the front desk and they said it was a problem with the hotel's internal wiring. I was afraid that the air conditioning would not work at night. I asked the front desk again and again and they said it would be fine and would not affect the air conditioning effect. However, it was 35℃ at night and the air conditioning went out in the middle of the night. The room was dry steaming and I couldn't sleep because of the heat. I got up in the middle of the night to ask the front desk to change rooms. There were several power outages the next day. What kind of four-star hotel is this? If the room is not good, it should not be booked. It is so irresponsible and no one came to explain it afterwards. It is recommended that you do not stay in this hotel in summer, as people will get heatstroke."

"Facilities: As soon as you enter, you can smell a refreshing aroma in the hotel lobby! It's not a commercial scent, I really love it. Ambiance: This entire building is taken up by the Haman Hotel, which is truly fantastic. There's a large courtyard for parking, and I never expected to find such a great hotel in Hengyang. The room was huge! Absolutely wonderful. Service: At 1 AM, I got locked out by my key card. I called the front desk, and they immediately came up to help me open the door, even giving me an extra key card. Any issues were promptly resolved. They also provide disposable facial towels, facial cleanser, hair ties, and you can even have complimentary evening porridge!"

"The hotel is pet-friendly, and our dog was very well taken care of. Complimentary snacks were a nice touch in the room. Breakfast was just okay, but offered good value for money. The only drawback was the room being quite small. Parking was convenient, and the location made it easy to get around. It looked beautiful when lit up at night. We particularly appreciated that the staff proactively called ahead to turn on the air conditioning, ensuring a very comfortable arrival."

"The room was very well-ventilated, so the air felt fresh and not stuffy at all. Hot water in the bathroom came on quickly, and the temperature was just right for a comfortable wash. All the staff were incredibly friendly; they'd greet you proactively, which made me feel very welcome. Housekeeping was exceptionally thorough, even cleaning those small, often-missed corners. The hotel also has plenty of parking, making it easy to get in and out. Overall, I was satisfied with every aspect of my stay and felt both secure and comfortable."
