They can pick you up and drop you off from the railway station and the bus station! I had to change my travel plans last minute, and they helped me change the drop off time and location! The room is very clean and the amenities are great! The roof has a lovely terrace with a great view of the mountains! The food at the hotel is also great! I ate all of my meals at the hotel, and everything was delicious! If I ever return to hike the mountain, I will definitely stay here!"

"The service is practically non-existent. I have no idea how the good reviews on Ctrip are coming from. There were yellow stains on the duvet cover and hair on the coffee table. Even funnier, the bathroom still had items from the previous guest left untouched. I have no idea how the room was inspected. The low water pressure on the first day was fine, but the air conditioner didn't work at night. No wonder I was surprised to see a fan in the room upon entering. Even though I booked a breakfast-included room, the front desk never offered breakfast coupons, let alone the breakfast hours. There were only two bottles of water in the room. When I finished one and asked for another, they just said they already had two, implying they didn't have any. What hotel would only provide two bottles of water in such hot weather? They even took ages to deliver something, and I had to call to remind them before they finally arrived. Parking is incredibly inconvenient. The parking spaces right at the entrance are tiny, and the security guards constantly questioned me about parking, making it seem like I was just trying to find a spot. With such service, they still have the nerve to ask me for good reviews. I really don't know where their service is headed."
