The room was generally good, and the service attitude was good. I arrived early and they said they would try to arrange a room for me. When I arrived at 9:00 in the morning, they said they were already cleaning. When I came back at 1:00, they said they were still helping me find a better room. I don't know if it was due to low work efficiency or some other reason. Anyway, I waited for another 20 minutes before I was checked in. The facilities in the room were also quite new. There was a meal delivery service. The Xiang Palace restaurant downstairs had a high rating on Xiaohongshu, but it was not friendly to me who was traveling alone. I waited in line for nearly an hour outside, and finally it was my turn. Then they said wait a moment. I sat on the cold bench in the restaurant for more than half an hour, and they continued to ask me to wait a moment. Finally, I couldn't help but leave. The meal delivery service in the room was quite fast, but the Confucius Mansion Three-Course Soup, which cost 78 yuan per portion (the same price as in the restaurant), was only so small. I put a small pastry of ¥1 on the side for comparison. If I ate the same amount as in the dining room, I don't know if I had to order a pot for each person for that table of people. The hotel has a lot of activities, but most of them are for parents and children. Adults can go to the Confucius Museum, but the fee is ¥38/person, and there is free shuttle to Nishan Holy Land. The breakfast is very rich, with Chinese, Western and traditional snacks, and you can also eat tofu like the one in Xianggong Chinese Restaurant.

This wonderful hotel, built in old Chinese stile, is very near to Konfuzius Temple and Mansion situated . We got a very friendly and professional welcome reception on the eve of the second of June at the reception, unfortunately I don't know her name. She guided us twice through the labyrinth of the hotel to our room. Also a man from concierge lead us the way. The housekeeping was very quick changing the broken coffee machine. Ella was great making our check out and get some food before leaving. Thanks to all of them!

This is an old-school hotel, just outside the wall of the Three Confucius Temples Scenic Area, and it takes only a few minutes to walk to the scenic area. The hotel facilities are not very electronic, which is in line with the heritage of the scenic area. The hotel is very clean. When we checked in, the waiter was very considerate to introduce us to the history of the hotel, the opening hours of the scenic area, the performance time, and the Confucius Mansion cuisine in the hotel. He told us all the good things like a friend, and was very enthusiastic. The gifts and souvenirs sent by the hotel were very thoughtful. This experience was very good.

The hotel environment is very good, very close to Sankong Scenic Area, and the small class service at the front desk is friendly. It’s nice that the hotel also gives you free Analects of Confucius when you check out.

Overall good . The breakfast have many local varieties food but when people start coming in the service crew were in panic no orientation of how to direct the flow of customers. During check in the male staff in the frontline don’t know how to help us to check in . He have to ask the female staffs to help him. We waited around 30 minutes because the lady staff was attending to other customers.

The second time I stayed at Nishan Academy, I still felt so kind, like going home. The autumn scenery of the hotel is also invincible. Persimmons, hawthorns, and pomegranates are in their ripe season. Various fruits are hanging on the branches, which are particularly beautiful. The fruits are not sprayed with pesticides, and guests can pick and taste them at will. It's really eating all the way. Service manager Yuan Xin was very considerate to help us upgrade the room. Seeing that I was with the elderly, she specially arranged the room close to the restaurant and arranged fruit snacks. It was so thoughtful! Housekeepers Ma Zhaoli and Zhang Jingjie also asked about our stay every day, provided various information about the hotel in a timely manner, and reminded us to keep warm when the temperature dropped. I was very moved! The hotel room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities, clean and hygienic. The shower water is very comfortable and the bedding is very soft. The room attendant is also very thoughtful. The housekeeping department will deliver a cup of hot Tremella soup every night, and solve our needs immediately, which is very good. Breakfast pastry chef Hu Jing treats the elderly with enthusiasm, and always brings noodles and wontons to the elderly's table, and responds to every request. We like the dishes in the Chinese restaurant very much and are very satisfied with their service. In short, Nishan Academy Hotel is a place like home, with beautiful environment and warm people. I really don't want to leave once I come here. My mother and I thank all the hotel staff for providing us with high-quality services. We feel at home. Thank you! 我帶着朝聖的激動心情，第一次來到山東曲阜，媽媽鑒於去孔博和三孔方便，提前訂了杏壇賓館，賓館門口有尊孔聖的銅像 ，古色古香。走進酒店大堂 到處都是有關孔子的詩和畫作，整體效果特別有設計感 ，賓館還設有私人管家姐姐 ，幫着拿東西送水果， 特別體貼 ！走進客房整體簡潔大方 ，衞生乾淨。房型是陽面， 採光很好。床也特別舒適 ，特別温馨……我們開心極了！這裏真漂亮啊！ 媽媽讓我們按姐姐推薦的去了旁邊的孔府菜，這裏的海鮮湯太好喝了，還有特色豆腐，紅燒肉真是我吃過的最美味的…… 下午去了吃完飯我們打車去孔子博物館，一路上，司機師傅 熱情給我們介紹了孔子的故事。一上台階，一尊高大雄偉的孔子像太震撼，身後高大雄偉的博物館極具設計感，館內的建築、花園和花草樹木都極其精美，令人心曠神怡。在這裏，我感受到一種古代文化的氛圍，彷彿穿越了時光的隧道。尤其是看到孔子的廟宇和祭祀儀式，彷彿能夠感受到孔子的思想和家國情懷。       孔子博物館非常注重教育。許多研學團都集中精力在聽講解，我也跟在後麪靜靜的聽着，天不生仲尼，萬古如長夜…君子不器，君子九思……孔子周遊列國……好多好多的文化歷史背景和孔子的思想，好多好多精美的器具……       最後，隨着博物館閉館的時間到了，我們也戀戀不捨的回到温馨的酒店，一進房間就看到了精美的水果，一會還送了酸奶和點心，實在太幸福了！孔子的家鄉實在太温馨，禮樂之鄉……我繼續感受孔子的思想，慢慢體會論語的經典語錄……真是幸福的一天啊！

There are also many restaurants nearby to choose from, which is very convenient. There are many types of breakfast, but the restaurant is relatively small, so you have to go early for breakfast.
