After scouring Trip.com, I found this hotel with incredible value for money! I stayed here for all five nights in Qufu, and it was so comfortable I didn't want to leave. I had checked out a few other places before deciding on this one. The accommodations are fantastic. There's a beautiful, well-lit courtyard in the center, and sunlight streams into the bedroom as soon as you open the door. The bedding was very clean, and I especially appreciated the excellent drinking water setup. The room has a direct-drinking dispenser that provides boiling water in three seconds, so no worries about kettle hygiene. The soundproofing in the bedroom is great, and even the curtains are double-layered, which is super friendly for those sensitive to light. I also highly recommend booking a room with a small balcony! It doesn't cost much more, and the room is huge, the bed is super big, and it even has a projector! For the same price, staying here is simply amazing! When you don't feel like going out, you can head to the bar and lounge area downstairs. They have billiards, karaoke, board games, and you can grab a drink – they have it all. According to the owner, the hostel has been operating for many years, and he even showed me a thick guestbook. If you're interested, you can flip through it and leave your own message. On the first day of my check-in, a kind front desk lady assisted me, and the owner helped me with my luggage. The overall stay was superb, and the hotel staff are very friendly. You can tell the owner if you need anything. If I get a chance to visit Qufu again, I'll definitely stay here! Regarding the location: Yan Temple is right across the street, making it one of the three closest hotels. To get to the snack street or Confucius Temple, you just need to scan a shared bike at the entrance, and you're there!

This hotel is located inside a city gate, right next to the 'Ten Thousand Ren High Wall' and facing the Confucius Temple. In the morning, you can watch the gate opening ceremony at the Ten Thousand Ren High Wall, and in the evening, enjoy its light show. From there, you can enter the Confucius Temple, then visit the Confucius Mansion, and finally the Confucius Forest. It's also very close to Wuma Ci Street, so you can easily return to the hotel for a rest whenever you're tired. It's super convenient for getting to the Confucius Museum, or the bus and train stations; you can just set the hotel entrance as your destination for ride-sharing apps. The hotel facilities are complete and well-maintained, clean, cozy, and very quiet. The owner, Ms. Kong, who is older than me in terms of generation, informed us that people with the surname Kong get free admission to the 'Three Kong' sites, saving us 140 yuan. She helped us avoid many pitfalls. The Shandong cuisine restaurant she recommended uses high-quality ingredients. My stay was incredibly comfortable, and I'll definitely be back here next time.

I recommend buying the gadgets next to it. The electric rickshaw that costs 10 yuan for two people can still be used. The horse-drawn carriage has a bad smell and there are too many people. But the aunties like it better. The key is that the pony looks good. It’s hard work. The horse’s hooves are clattering and it feels like a horse-drawn carriage. It also adds a little bit of income to them. There are many students studying abroad. I recommend eating. I don’t know if this counts as advertising. I don’t know if you can chat with me privately. Back to the hotel, there are windows, but outside the windows are narrow and dirty courtyard walls. You can imagine that no wonder the curtains are drawn. I also specifically chose a window not close to the corridor, but I didn’t expect this. The hotel breakfast is very good, there are The pancakes that are a specialty of Qufu, but I can’t chew them. The noodles that are a specialty of Starway are still very delicious. The hotel has a self-service snack cabinet, which is still necessary for a county without nightlife. The room has a bit of a tidal smell. I’m in On the first floor, there is always a buzzing sound from the motor at night. The bed and pillows are quite comfortable. Anyway, I am on a business trip and it is a Huazhu Club. It is quite reliable. The attitude of the front desk is very good. The price is really good. Anyway, it comes with a lot of money. Breakfast, what kind of bicycle do you want?

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the Confucius Temple. They offer free parking, including EV charging stations. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and there's complimentary freshly ground coffee and juice in the lobby. The room was clean and tidy, equipped with a smart speaker, and the bedding was very comfortable. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and they provide hand soap, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner, which all smell quite pleasant.

The staff are courteous and polite, greeting guests warmly and treating everyone with respect, truly embodying the essence of propriety. Breakfast features a delightful fusion of Confucius family cuisine and local flavors, with authentic ingredients. Every meal is steeped in cultural heritage.

🏢 : The outside is a bit old but the reception place is bright and clear, easy to get around. 🏙️ : the location is absolutely amazing, very near to all that should be visited in QuFu 🚬 : although public areas are smoking free, it smelled terribly bad cigarettes. Even inside my room, it smelled strong odor of tobacco which was unpleasant. 🧹 : cleanliness is average and could be improved as I found some ashes and one or two peels of sunflower seeds. 🥞 Breakfast served is Chinese cuisine, very rich and delicious. Very much liked it ! Nice music during shower time which is put automatically. Good quality bed, very enjoyable sleep. Overall nice service from people working there.

I loved my stay here! The people who run this place are super kind and welcoming. The room was big, clean and comfortable, and had everything you need (toiletries, water, tea, kettle, tv, good WiFi etc.). The location is perfect, just a 1 min walk from Confucius Temple and there’s a bus (K01) reaching there directly from Qufudong Railway Station. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel facilities and equipment are still relatively novel, double-layer windows, sound insulation effect is very good, the eldest sister is very enthusiastic, the questions asked are warm guidance, clean and safe to live. I’m not gonna lie this was the best hostel I’ve been to in China and I’m travelling for more than a month. The owner is absolutely amazing, helpful, kind and happy. Also the other roommates at that time was so friendly and nice I had such a great time, it really make me feel like it was a small family 🥹 If I’m going back to Qufu one day, you can be sure I’m gonna booked this hostel again and for a longer time.
