GGuest UserAfter scouring Trip.com, I found this hotel with incredible value for money! I stayed here for all five nights in Qufu, and it was so comfortable I didn't want to leave. I had checked out a few other places before deciding on this one. The accommodations are fantastic. There's a beautiful, well-lit courtyard in the center, and sunlight streams into the bedroom as soon as you open the door. The bedding was very clean, and I especially appreciated the excellent drinking water setup. The room has a direct-drinking dispenser that provides boiling water in three seconds, so no worries about kettle hygiene. The soundproofing in the bedroom is great, and even the curtains are double-layered, which is super friendly for those sensitive to light. I also highly recommend booking a room with a small balcony! It doesn't cost much more, and the room is huge, the bed is super big, and it even has a projector! For the same price, staying here is simply amazing! When you don't feel like going out, you can head to the bar and lounge area downstairs. They have billiards, karaoke, board games, and you can grab a drink – they have it all. According to the owner, the hostel has been operating for many years, and he even showed me a thick guestbook. If you're interested, you can flip through it and leave your own message. On the first day of my check-in, a kind front desk lady assisted me, and the owner helped me with my luggage. The overall stay was superb, and the hotel staff are very friendly. You can tell the owner if you need anything. If I get a chance to visit Qufu again, I'll definitely stay here! Regarding the location: Yan Temple is right across the street, making it one of the three closest hotels. To get to the snack street or Confucius Temple, you just need to scan a shared bike at the entrance, and you're there!

Rooms are clean & neat. Prefect housekeeping. Due to my mobility restrictions, owner offered free upgrade to Ground floor room. (Walk-up) Looking forward for returning here ya

GGuest UserWhat a spectacular experience! I don’t normally go out of my way to leave reviews, but this place earned it. The location is perfect, as you are only a couple hundred meters from the entrance to the Temple of Confucius. The premises are clean and spacious. The hotel immerses you in Chinese culture. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and give great advice. Also, the dinner is excellent! If you are visiting Qufu, it doesn’t get better than this!

GGuest UserMandarin speaking staff only. Almost at the door step of Confucius temple which was what we wanted. We were dropped off at the rear entrance of the motel which is the car park. The ground of the car park is in need of repair and we were worried by its look. We wonder what we had booked. The front of the hotel or main entrance was OK though. Reception was modern and simple. There is a wall at the back of reception that layout all the town's attractions with its respective distances; very handy. Room is a standard mid grade motel room, clean and functional. Room amenities is controlled from a small phone like screen next to bedhead. Swipe to reveal function like air conditioning. Heated and self flushing toilet for a motel; unheard of! Tried the buffet breakfast once, never again. The dumpling cafe which is diagonally opposite the rear entrance across the car park is excellent value. Nearest shopping centre is about 1km walk from motel.

After we checked in, she proactively recommended itineraries, local eateries, and transportation options based on our plans. She was also incredibly responsive to all our questions. The hotel also provided complimentary fresh fruit, special Dragon Boat Festival gifts, and even thoughtful late-night snacks. The service far exceeded that of hotels in the same category, making for an excellent experience. 2. **Location** The hotel is located in the heart of Qufu, right next to Ginza Mall, offering easy access to dining and shopping. It's only 1.3 kilometers from the Three Confucius Sites, just a few minutes by taxi, making it very convenient for sightseeing. 3. **Hotel Environment** The overall decor follows a Confucian cultural theme, providing a tranquil escape from the bustling city. Mobile reception in the room was poor, and the hotel's Wi-Fi signal was weak; it was okay for watching videos but not recommended for gaming. The room wasn't very spacious, with two beds and a narrow aisle. Parking was available right in front of the hotel with free spots. The hotel is very close to the Confucius Temple, just a two-minute walk. The only upside was the very friendly owners; they answered all our questions, and the elderly couple was very welcoming. It was alright for a two-night stay while taking the kids to school, especially considering the much lower price. Can't expect too much for what we paid, this is an honest review.

The front desk even gave me a special gift from Qufu when I checked out, which was a nice touch to remember the city by. The hotel's location is fantastic, right near the Three Confucius Sites and a pedestrian street. While the room decor showed a little wear and tear and wasn't spectacular, and the bathroom was a bit small, and the elevator felt a little cramped, none of these minor points affected a good, restful stay.

LLolita🏢 : The outside is a bit old but the reception place is bright and clear, easy to get around. 🏙️ : the location is absolutely amazing, very near to all that should be visited in QuFu 🚬 : although public areas are smoking free, it smelled terribly bad cigarettes. Even inside my room, it smelled strong odor of tobacco which was unpleasant. 🧹 : cleanliness is average and could be improved as I found some ashes and one or two peels of sunflower seeds. 🥞 Breakfast served is Chinese cuisine, very rich and delicious. Very much liked it ! Nice music during shower time which is put automatically. Good quality bed, very enjoyable sleep. Overall nice service from people working there.
