It was nice to stay, very convenient to old city.

올드퀘백과 가까워서 올드퀘백 관광하기 좋았어요! 주차장도 지하에 있어 눈오는 날 차가 얼지 않았습니다. 약간 오래된 느낌이 나는 인테리어긴 하지만 따뜻한 물도 잘 나오고 지내는 데 불편함이 전혀 없었습니다.

It was close to Old Quebec, so it was great for sightseeing! The parking lot was underground, so my car didn't freeze on snowy days. The interior felt a little old, but the hot water came out well, so there was no inconvenience at all.

Very satisfied, the windowsill view is perfect.

This hotel is located in a very convenient location, near the walls of Old Quebec City, the reason why we chose it. We arrived on a Tuesday, late afternoon and were VERY frustrated that we waited in line for ONE HOUR to check in to the hotel.  There were only five groups checking in, before us. There was one employee and a manager, the manager was training the employee. The manager refused to check people in herself, was curt, and kept telling clients not to approach the reception desk until called forward.  The wait was unacceptable, made worse by the impolite manager.   The room was clean but cold and sterile. The linoleum wood-look floors made sound echo and were not warm. The room had no couch, only 2 plastic-covered rocking chairs that would have been better placed in a retirement home.   Meals and parking are not included in the standard rate, making it more expensive for a basic room, than what it seems. Booking online, the quote for 2 adults for 3 nights in a basic suite, was $711. With parking and a room hold, the charge was over $930 CAD for 3 nights.

Would recommend this hotel  service was excellent. Very clean. If you go to the pool area be careful if you exit to the right the step is very narrow at one end. . My husband was at the narrow end lost his balance fell in the flower bed it hit his head on a rock was bleeding a lot. Front desk call an ambulance took him to the hospital after a 6 hrs wait he had to have stitches. No other issues. 

This hotel looks lovely in the pictures but not so lovely up close.  The bathroom had black mould on the glass doors of the bathtub. The coffee maker is a brand I’d never heard of and the coffee pods were also an unknown brand and the cup of coffee was lukewarm at best.  There was one hand towel in the room. The bathtub/shower had dispensers on the wall for soap, shampoo and conditioner but the shampoo and conditioner were both plugged and you could only get a drop of either out. The lightbulb was burnt out in the lamp in the living area.  The heat was preset at 20.5 and there was no way to increase the heat at all.  It is very humid in Quebec and 20.5 was cool and my feet were always cold in the room. Lastly, after I checked out I discovered I had been charged twice for my stay plus they charged me a $100 damage deposit and I damaged nothing.
