I had an amazing stay at Palace Hotel Saigon.The location was fantastic.Everything was super close to the hotel,including famous landmarks like The City Hall,Saigon Central Post Office,etc…You could walk everywhere from the hotel and save a ton of money on taxi rides The breakfast buffet was also amazing and there is a Family Mart and various restaurants, cafes and convenience stores next to the hotel.I would 100% recommend this hotel to others

This place is amazing and clean. Near with coffee apartment and other tourists attractions like Saigon Skydeck. I also loved their buffet breakfast a lot of food choices. I will surely recommend this Hotel to my friends and family.

The location of this hotel really fits for travelers coming to Ho Chi Minh for tour and exploring as it is located in Nguyen Hue walking street in night time and you can mingle around in night time that we don't need to go far as it is surrounded by big famous brands in fashion, big shopping mall suc as Saigon Center, local restaurants, local coffee shops that I like most is Vietnamese ice coffee with little sugar added. Anyway, overall hotel room and service quality is acceptable, but with room interior I have stayed in that I don't think it can comply up to 4 Star Hotel standard because air-conditioning is not located in right place in room itself and even power socket such as we need to use for charging phone placing under bed table so I have to take time 😄to find where it is in first time entering room provided. Overall, it is acceptable, anyways I think prices I pay for to get 4 star hotel room quality that it is not there yet. Thank you

Location is great for shopping and dinning, conveniently situated in the heart of the city area. Easy to move around finding many seafood restaurants, reasonable price and delicious!

popular place, can walking out with a lot of shops, actives will hold at night. convenient location!!!

The hotel is right in the the city and close to tourist attractions. You can do hop in hop off the city bus tour right infront of the hotel. The cafe apartment also 2 mins walk from the hotel.

Great central location for the hotel within walking distance to lots of locations, restaurants and bars. The staff were lovely and upgraded us to a suite on arrival without asking. The room was huge and the city view was obscured by a billboard on the outside of the hotel, which actually worked out perfectly for us as it kept the morning sun out of the room as well. The decor is a little tired as are the gym and pool. Breakfast was varied enough to suit most travellers needs and very good and plenty of it. We were able to leave our luggage securely on the last day until we got the taxi to the airport at 1700. I’d definitely stay here again if we come back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Overall good but location noisy. Wanted to rest before my flight wasn't possible to say the least.

Great location. Central to most activities and places. This is a very walkable location if you want to save on taxis. Comfortable bed however My only negative is that the hotel has old dated furnishings. The walls need cleaning in the rooms. The amenities are all roof top with some stairs involved. Breakfast was satisfying and a good variety of local & western traditional. I would stay again for the price and location alone.

Hotel is located strategically in the middle of everything. Shopping, eating and walking around is very easy. Hotel is comfortable and clean. Will stay again

Location location location, situated in the heart of District 1, easy access to so many attractions. Hotel it's self is nice, rooms are a little outdated, but comfortable and affordable.

The drainage system in the restroom was so bad . The water flooded and unable to drain .

Right in the centre of district one and so many attractions especially HOChiMihn statue I really enjoyed my stay and staff Is so kind
