DO NOT STAY HERE! Go somewhere else! I absolutely do not recommend this place!!! The room had a persistent, unpleasant odor. We booked a family suite, but they only provided two bath towels. The nightstands and other surfaces were filthy, covered in unidentifiable residue. And when I opened a cabinet, I even found a leftover condom package – seriously, what is this?! Worst of all, the room had bugs. I woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and a large bug scurried right past my foot. There are plenty of other hotels nearby; do yourselves a favor and book elsewhere.

The bad hotel i have never stay, the room is so so dirty, the location its to bad because Is not quite at all , if you come to this hotel, you only lose your money, and the people working here is not friendly at all , I ask them to change the room because its so dirty and not quite, they talk so weird .

This place was absolutely filthy and unhygienic. I sincerely hope no one else has to stay here. The room was incredibly damp, and the entire downstairs area also felt unsanitary. There were often earwigs. After just a few days, I developed a sore throat, as if the air was thick with mold. It was truly unpleasant and a concern for my health. The bathroom was also tiny and felt constantly dirty. The pillows on the bed felt greasy and matted, as if they hadn't been cleaned in ages. Everywhere else was covered in dust, and the air conditioning unit itself was caked with dust and mold.

Facilities: Just okay, quite old. Cleanliness: Also mediocre; there was a strong musty smell as soon as I entered. Location: Not bad. There's a large shopping mall right downstairs, which is very convenient for dining and other errands. It's also close to Golden Beach. Service: Absolutely terrible. The hotel's listing page stated there was a washing machine, but it wasn't available. When I inquired, the staff member became very impatient and even suggested I check out. It felt like they were implying, 'What more do you expect for what you paid?' Excuse me, but *your* property description said there was a washing machine, it's not my mistake. Am I not even allowed to ask a question? Do you think it's easy for me to find another hotel immediately, especially with two kids? You only behave this way because you know how difficult it would be for me, don't you? Naturally, there were no further issues after that, primarily because I completely avoided any more interaction with the staff; I didn't dare approach them again.

The room is quite nice overall, but the cleanliness and maintenance could be improved. There’s a lingering smell of cigarette smoke that detracts from the otherwise pleasant space. The room gets really cold in winter, and unfortunately, the heater doesn’t work very well, making it uncomfortable at times. With better maintenance and attention to cleanliness, this could be a great place to stay.

The room was dirty and not properly cleaned. The service was terrible. My wife called the owner to report the problem, and during the call, the owner kept referring to me as “lao wai” (foreigner) in a disrespectful way. This made me feel very unwelcome and disrespected. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Hotel is located in a great area. Close to the beach and close to malls. Hotel could work on the cleanliness but the hotel is cheap so you get what you pay for.

The room itself was quite spacious, but the cleanliness felt average. The housekeeper I saw looked quite unkempt and unclean.

The hotel staff was very cooperative. There was a language barrier but they served us very well. The room was clean and all nessessaries were there. I like the hotel and hopefully we can again visit there. About 10 km from golden Beach Qingdao.
