Friendly and English speaking stuff, breakfast with decent range of foreign food. The only thing was the smell of smoke in the room.

A quiet place not far from city centre. I do enjoy the balcony though it was a very short stay at the hotel. I would like to come and explore more next time!

Nice hotel, good location, very convenient. Excellent Restaurant with not too much choice (enjoyed buffet and breakfast), but what was there was well prepared and tasty. Only criticism: difficult to get a non smoker room, as this hotel, like many others, do not put much effort in reinforcing their non-smoking-hotel policy. Finally though they found a room with almost no smoking smell for me, thanks to the good service staff. However it is possible to open the terrace door to let fresh air in. Until 10pm, some noise from activities of the nearby waterpark might be heard, after 10pm it is very quite. Definitely a recommendation, I will go again.

The hotel facilities are relatively complete, but there is no swimming pool. The environment is elegant. Xiaosheng at the front desk has a good service attitude and answers various questions attentively. The breakfast is not bad. It is recommended to check and maintain the facilities in the room regularly. I will have the opportunity to experience it again next time I come to Nanchang.

Xiao Sheng at the front desk provided warm, professional and considerate service. The drinks served tasted good, the coffee was freshly ground from coffee beans, and the environment was beautiful. It was a really good stay experience. The hotel is in a great location, just a dozen minutes' drive from the station. The hotel is located in the park with beautiful surroundings, suitable for walking. Manager Hu provided great service and was very talkative. I will choose this place again next time I stay.

The room was very clean. Because it was May Day, I could only book a twin room, but the guy at the front desk who checked me in was very considerate and upgraded me to a lake view room. I could open the door to the balcony and see the beautiful playground and camping party. I was very satisfied with this arrangement. I had decided to bring my daughter to Nanchang for a trip on a whim. The city center was full of people and there was no car available. I looked for three or four hotels but some of them either had no rooms or were dirty and messy. The location of this hotel is not that good, but it is quiet, which is more in line with my choice. The most important thing is that the front desk staff provided great service, including the girl who checked out, who was also very considerate.

We booked a suite and a theme room, mainly for the children to play in the room. The awkward thing is that these two room types are at the head and tail of the same floor. However, the overall facilities of the hotel are very good, and the service is impeccable. I am very satisfied

Xiao Sheng at the front desk was warm and friendly. He helped answer many questions about travel. He also asked if more toiletries were needed when there were children with him. The hotel facilities are complete, there are restaurants nearby, and the scenery of the park next to it is also very good for taking photos.
