No. 6 of Premium Hotels in Putian"I highly recommend the Hilton Putian Sanfang! The location is absolutely superb, right in the commercial and government hub. It's within walking distance of the Xinghua Mansion historical district, and there's direct bus access to the Meizhou Island ferry terminal, making getting around incredibly convenient. Upon check-in, I received a warm DoubleTree cookie, and the front desk kindly upgraded my room. The room was spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the Crabtree & Evelyn amenities were a nice touch.
The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, a perfect blend of Chinese and Western options, with some hidden Putian specialties. The fried wontons, oyster cakes, and noodle paste were authentic and flavorful, and the freshly squeezed juices and made-to-order seafood congee were fantastic. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a free indoor pool and fitness center. The staff were enthusiastic and professional, always ready to answer any questions. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is a perfect fit and offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Putian!"

The facilities are top-notch; I was very impressed on my first day. The front desk service was excellent, very accommodating for our large family. They answered all our questions thoroughly and carefully. The bellhops were also very proactive with our luggage. Throughout our stay, we often bothered the front desk staff with requests like receiving packages and food deliveries, and they were always prompt. Even when one of our deliveries was mistakenly taken by another guest, the hotel reacted very quickly and helped resolve the issue properly. Thumbs up, the service was thoughtful! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"

It's right across from Jiuhua Plaza and very close to the E-commerce Town, about two kilometers away. The café, however, had poor service; there was only one staff member. I waited for ages without being served, and whenever I asked something, they said they didn't know. I've stayed at Shangri-La many times, and this was the only time the café experience was bad. After the hotel lobby manager found out, they sent up chocolates, wine, and a small cake as compensation. The service experience was exceptional, and I'll definitely choose to stay at Shangri-La again in the future. Highly recommended!"

Breakfast was good. I even saw the sunrise from my hotel room. Staying here made my trip to Meizhou Island very easy and relaxing. Besides the cultural attractions, the scenery on Meizhou Island is stunning – truly no disappointments there, and the hotel was excellent too. For food, I highly recommend Jilin Hua Ping An Mazu Noodles; you won't regret it. Overall, a fantastic experience, highly recommended!

"I chose their 270-degree sea view room online because it was significantly cheaper than similar rooms. So, I gave up my original plan for a twin-bed room. When I got to the room and opened the curtains, I was pleasantly surprised! It looked exactly like the pictures on the platform – what you see is what you get. It would have been even more perfect if there wasn't a rooftop in front, haha! 😂 The room was very clean, and there was plenty of space for luggage. There's a mini-fridge, and they even provided complimentary iced Coke! They offer port pickup and drop-off, and the owner was already waiting for us when we disembarked. The guesthouse's location is also very convenient; it's perfect for strolling from one end of Mazu Temple towards Ewei. The guesthouse has small electric scooters available for rent, but we tried one, and my driving skills weren't great, and I accidentally broke a small flower pot belonging to the guesthouse. I offered to pay, but the landlady insisted on not taking any money... She helped us find a reasonably priced mini-scooter rental and even warned us about the risk of scrapes since the rental scooter wasn't insured. The service was exceptional! At night, we felt an earthquake due to the tremor in Taiwan. I went downstairs, and the owner told me their guesthouse foundation could withstand a magnitude 4-5 earthquake, which immediately put my mind at ease, haha. It was a really great stay, definitely worth the two days I spent carefully choosing it!"

We had a double celebration and needed a one-bedroom, two-hall suite, and they happened to have this exact room type – it was perfect! They even had electronic firecrackers when we arrived.
The hotel is right outside the high-speed train station, only 200 meters away, which is incredibly convenient.
The front desk staff were always smiling and provided excellent, warm service, even giving us extra bottles of water. It's definitely worth using as a wedding room, and the overall price wasn't expensive. Even Mazu would give it a thumbs up! 👍"

"Overall, the hotel was a decent stay with a few drawbacks. It’s about a 12-minute walk from the train station, which is convenient, although the building looks a bit shady from the outside. Inside, however, it’s very clean, the rooms are brand new as well. We arrived at 1am and found it closed, so we had to call to check in, which was a bit inconvenient. The biggest downside was the noise, there were firecrackers and fireworks going off until 5am (likely due to New Year’s Eve), making it hard to sleep. Also, the room only had one towel for two people. Overall, clean and modern, but with some inconveniences."
