GGuest UserExcellent stay! The location is good. It is near to the Mazu temple, very convenient to travel there. The main purpose for me traveling to Meizhou is to pray to Mazu. The parents of the owner are so helpful. They help me to prepare the stuffs for praying and even drive me to temple, although it is very near. They teach me how to pray and bring me to every sites to pray. They went with me twice. The homestay also provide transportation from the harbour to the homestay and vice versa. The family is very friendly and helpful. We had a good chat on one night. The breakfast provided is simple, decent and sufficient. The room is very clean and very new. I will go back again when I visit Meizhou Island.

AAnonymous UserAt first, I chose this homestay~ I was looking at the ratings and reviews. I looked at the ratings and price/performance ratio and finally chose this one I liked. I have lived in many hotels and homestays, but this one is really recommended! I added the boss’s WeChat before check-in and started to communicate some problems I didn’t understand. On the day of arrival, the boss personally picked us up. The boss was a very young guy. I didn’t see him. I was worried that it would be difficult to talk. But after I checked in, I was very comfortable by their family’s hospitality etiquette. The boss’s parents are very simple islanders, not much to say, but the corners of the eyes are all smiles with good intentions, which brings a good mood to the journey and provides us with a lot of convenience. There is no hotel assembly line service, and it is replaced by a sense of relaxation like home. Don't relax with restraint. Convenient travel, eating and taxi are very close, affordable, and the cost-effective fault is leading compared to the surrounding homestays of the same type. Since the family travels together, the boss not only did not feel that we were in trouble, but also responded to the first time if there was a problem, and he would not overly disturb us. He also provided us with a lot of convenience. He would not urge us to hygiene every day. When we were convenient, It’s really warm. I have to say that the boss’s little donkey is really an artifact. It’s really not too comfortable for the family to ride the little donkey by the sea. The biggest feeling of the whole trip is that the seafood at the farmers’ market on the island is also very recommended. After bringing it back, everyone will be full of praise after the taste. See Mazu, see Ping An, I really hope that the boss's business is booming and everything goes well. I will meet again when I have the opportunity in the future. I am very reluctant to leave. GGuest UserThis accommodation experience was very, very good! The room is large and bright, clean, tidy, warm and comfortable. There are even disposable toilet seats in the bathroom, which is much better than other B&Bs. It was very quiet at night, the bed was comfortable and I slept soundly. The Rainbow Road by the sea is very beautiful. You can drink tea on the balcony and enjoy the sea view, which is very comfortable. The boss and his wife are warm and attentive in their service. The soy milk for breakfast is freshly made every day and is very delicious. As soon as you drink it, you can tell that it is not made from soy milk powder that is made for the sake of cheapness and convenience. The breakfast is buffet style, very clean, hot and warm. The corn is sticky and fragrant, very healthy and delicious. It was also the first time I had shredded squid for breakfast. It was sweet and refreshing. I read the guide on a certain website, and it specifically mentioned that the must-try food on Meizhou Island is Chunweifang’s special fried buns. We went to buy some that afternoon but were scared away by the long line and didn’t get to try them. To our surprise, we saw them on the breakfast table at the B&B the next day, and they were really delicious! It seems that the proprietress really put a lot of effort into preparing these breakfasts to present the special snacks of Meizhou Island, focusing on health and wellness. Especially since the prices on Meizhou Island are so expensive, the family can save a lot of money by having a full breakfast! !

MM2cvw2xm2****My wife and I chose this place for our honeymoon because we loved their infinity pool. We initially booked a sea-view room, but later paid extra for their terrace pool room. The terrace directly faces the sea, offering panoramic views of the shimmering water and distant islands. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the terrace was an amazing experience. Location: Located on Lianchi'ao Beach, the guesthouse is built right on the beach, offering stunning sea views right from the room door. Room amenities: 2. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. The private pool on the terrace was a unique feature; after swimming, we relaxed on the lounge chairs next to the pool, enjoying the sea breeze – so relaxing we didn't want to leave. The room's decor was simple yet stylish, with wooden floors and large windows providing excellent natural light. It even had a projector, so we could watch movies with the sea view from bed at night. The package includes complimentary pier pick-up and drop-off, exquisite breakfast and afternoon tea with a variety of delicious snacks, fruits, and drinks. Enjoying these on the terrace with the sea view creates a truly special experience. The infinity pool on the first floor is also very photogenic. Overall, the place is very clean, the service is attentive, and the facilities are new, especially the comfortable lounge chairs.

MMimyoTravelsThis is one of the BEST hotel I've stayed so far. Firstly, the room is super clean, hotel staff is also very friendly, breakfast buffet is pretty good! The room we booked is also huge, there is definitely ample space for multiple people and luggages! Bed is comfortable as well, and shower pressure is strong. A little downside is its about 20mins from the main city. Also, laundry and dryer are available for free. I will fully recommend this place if you're here for a short trip! Also, there is free car pick up and drop off service to Putian train station. You have to contact them a few days in advance. For international tourists, recommend that you use wechat and is able to type chinese for reserving the service :)

GGuest UserThis trip with three elderly guests turned out to be the warmest experience we've ever had on Meizhou Island! I booked two sea-view rooms, each with a terrace offering unobstructed ocean views. My elders could simply sit and watch the tides rise and fall without any hassle. We checked in on the 14th day of the first ***** month, and I was worried about the elderly guests' mobility issues getting around to meals. However, the landlady was incredibly thoughtful. She had her brother take me to the market on an electric scooter to buy seafood while the elderly guests rested and enjoyed the view. That evening, she even took us to see the local village's Mazu welcoming and sending-off ceremony—a truly authentic experience of Mazu culture, filled with the sounds of gongs and drums, the aroma of incense, and dazzling fireworks. This genuine immersion in Mazu culture is something tourists can't find on their own. Even more heartwarming was her thoughtfulness. Seeing that my mother had knee problems, she offered her some knee ointment. The next day, when the weather turned cold, she brought my father a jacket so he could wear it to the pier across the water to return it to the Mazu liaison office. These small gestures deeply touched us. The rooms were clean, conveniently located, and offered beautiful views, but what we remembered most was the landlady's warm hospitality. Meizhou Island boasts beautiful scenery and warm hospitality. I highly recommend this guesthouse when traveling to Meizhou Island.

GGuest UserMy biggest takeaway after staying at Kaith Hotel is that you can 'recharge for the whole day just by going downstairs.' If you're hungry in the middle of the night, there's a BBQ downstairs. Thirsty? There's a convenience store. Craving soup? A snack bar. No need to wait for delivery or go to bed hungry; you can refuel anytime. Staying at Kaith, my stomach is warm, my sleep is sound, the room is clean and spacious, the facilities are new, and the environment is great. Don't even get me started on the service – I'll definitely be back!

The room was clean, well-maintained, and quiet. The bed was comfortable, the linens were fresh, and housekeeping took care of everything daily without reminders. The staff were polite and helpful, check-in was smooth, and they responded quickly to any questions. The internet connection was stable, which was important for work. Overall, the price-to-quality ratio is one of the best in the area. It’s a perfect option for both short and business trips. I can definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Putian!

LLovetravelling031I don’t really write reviews unless exceptionally good or bad but this is really a negative experience … Firstly, not recommended if coming to stay in cold season (Autumn/ Winter/ Spring). The aircon/ heater system is centralised so you can’t adjust the temperature. Secondly, according to the receptionist, they only have ONE tower fan so not really available. Lastly, the attitude of receptionist and housekeeping is extremely unfriendly compared to before (I stayed here 3 times) and I put a good review in 2023. This time, the solution they provided to a female guest is to open the window and curtain at night for cold air… which I personally think is inconsiderate for a female guest. I gave my feedback to the receptionist when I checked-out so hopefully they can add more tower fans to their inventory.

They patiently answered all our questions about local dining options, and their recommendations for restaurants were spot-on – the food was fantastic! The complimentary buffet breakfast offered a great variety of dishes, and the quality was excellent. It was incredibly satisfying to start each day with such a rich and delicious meal. The accommodation itself was very comfortable and offered excellent value for money. I would definitely choose Fengdalin Hotel again on my next visit to Putian, and I highly recommend it to anyone!
