The location of the hotel is perfect, close to Charles Bridge and walking distance to old town and Powder Tower. The front desk clerk is the best one I’ve ever seen. She let me early check in and she even prepare a breakfast box to me for the next day check out at 4:20am. Amazing!

I stayed at this hotel with my mother for three days. The hotel location was excellent, with great access to everywhere, and the breakfast was varied, clean, and delicious. The staff was kind and polite. Thank you for everything.

The hotel location is excellent - 2 mins walk to Charles bridge and the famous bus stop 17 as well as 2, 12, 18 and 93 are 1 min away. The standard room is small and outdated; the breakfast is great and we enjoyed it every day!

This is our first time to visit Prague. The hotel is at the very convenient location and we enjoy the Royal environment and atmosphere both inside the room and in the dinning area. The breakfast location is just like a small palace. Hotel staff also offer us advice to book taxi to the Central bus station where we started our trip in Poland. The convenient booking of car pick up to airport also very efficient. We enjoyed our first yet memorable trip in Prague

Very friendly and helpful staff. This hotel is very old world. I liked the charm of the antique furnishings. The bathroom was modern with marble throughout. The breakfast buffet was impressive. I could not eat all of the offerings, but tried my best. The location of the hotel was central for everything and we walked to all the attractions.

Booked a wrong hotel as I do not have Charles bridge view from my window . However the staffs are friendly . But think shortfall of staffs there was a night they forgot to clean the room. Overall room is so big n beautiful Only it is still under old key technology access ha ha . Breakfast very good spread and all staffs and front line staff and breakfast areas are very friendly and professional . Not many Bke to speak English but they are all nice and very patient .

Hotel room was spacious, location was practically close to everything you need to go to. Was impressed by the staff politeness and the breakfast spread was impressive. Would visit again.

Not recommend this hotel. Not just because the matter of ghost, but the irresponsible booking service indeed.

Central location and good breakfast. Cons: the room has no soundproofing and the view of the corridor. It is worth checking the minibar balance before changing guests.

The hotel's facilities are very old-fashioned, with statues and paintings lining the corridors. There's a showerhead, but the head doesn't hang up, which was a bit of a downside. The breakfast was quite good, with a wide variety of options. The location is excellent. Charles Bridge is just across the street, and a morning visit is a must. The view is breathtaking, with fewer tourists and a particularly quiet and picturesque atmosphere. It's also very close to the Old Town, Kafka's statue, and the Dancing House. We arrived in Prague from the main train station and found directions to the hotel, which suggested taking the Line 9 light rail and then walking 500 meters along cobblestone streets. We later discovered that it's easier to take Line 9 to Narida Trida, stay there, and then take the Line 2 or 18 light rail two stops later. The train gets off just 69 meters away. It's incredibly convenient and worth considering for future reference.

I recommend reserving a river-side room, located very close to Charles Bridge. I wasn't able to reserve a river-side room, so I will reserve one the next time I visit Prague. It's a great location with views of the Moldau River, Charles Bridge, and Prague Castle. Old Town Square is within walking distance, and the hotel is clean, luxurious, and the staff are friendly. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. It was my first time in Prague and I fell in love with it. This is partly due to my satisfaction with the hotel. I recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel in the style of the Imperial and Royal Palace in a prime location. Clean rooms with somewhat dated furnishings but very comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff. The only negative aspect was the location of our room, directly adjacent to the inner courtyard where people were smoking.
