Location near central railway station, will take you approximately 30 mintes to walk to the cily center. Very comfortable bed, good reception. Recommended both if you are on business or for leisure in the city

This Hotel is New but location wasn’t in the center of the city , it is 15 mins to drive or 45 mins to walk to central however there’s 5 mins walk away from Metro. The Room was clean, very clean, praise for their housekeeping!, Spacious and well- appointed. The bed was comfortable and the amenities provided were much appreciated. I booked a standard room w/out breakfasts or meal so no comment about the food. Overall, my experience at this hotel is rated 4star, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and accommodations provided at such a low rate. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family and look forward to staying with them again in the future.

Everything is good

The hotel is nice. It's close to the metro station. Or take a taxi for 1200 dram. Breakfast is very simple, so I prefer to eat outside because it's not worth the price. Reception speak English that's a big plus in Armenia.

My husband and I stayed here between flights, close to the airport, clean room, everything is great, really liked it!!! I will be glad to come back here on my next visit to Yerevan 😍

The hotel itself is excellent. The staff is very friendly, always helpful. Everything inside is very beautifully decorated. Excellent rooms, everything is new. I liked the mattresses (they wrote in the reviews that they were hard). On the fourth floor there is a terrace from which you can see Ararat. The main disadvantage is the location. The hotel is a little far from the center. Although you can get to the center by taxi. It takes 5-10 minutes and costs 200 rubles. There is also a metro station nearby. There is a good store across the road. You will not find any decent cafes or restaurants nearby, you can only go to the center. Or eat in the hotel itself. There is nowhere to walk either. But such hotels in the center cost at least twice as much.

The hotel lobby is spacious and clean, and the Christmas tree is already being decorated! The room is large, the ceiling is very high, and the sanitation is also clean. The air conditioner is actually Gree, which is a bit unexpected 😳 The sockets in the room can be used directly, and there is no need for a converter, which is rare, providing convenience for us Chinese tourists! The hotel is very close to the train station, and there is also a subway at the train station. Just take two stops to the Republic Square! But the hotel is about ten minutes away from the train station, 800 meters in a straight line. The disadvantage is that the room is not soundproof. The music and talking in the next room at night affect my rest and sleep well. Then before 8 o'clock in the morning, the upstairs and the corridor started to ding, and I couldn't sleep. The hotel is located along the street. Don't stay in the room on the road. The traffic is even noisier! Fortunately, the price is not expensive and affordable! But I still changed the hotel to stay on the Republic Square the next day, mainly because of the sound insulation problem of this hotel!

The room is very clean, the surrounding areas are very convenient for traveling and eating, the facilities are also complete, and the front desk service is very enthusiastic. The downside is that it is a little far from the city center, but it is also very convenient to take a taxi.

Great hotel, friendly staff.

Convenient location, the hotel is located next to the bus station and the railway station, there is a metro station nearby, it takes a couple of stations to get to the city center. Very polite staff at the reception. The unpleasant smell in the bathroom was disconcerting.

The hotel front desk clerk is very nice, can speak Russian, is enthusiastic and patient.

Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff. Everything is clean, cozy, beautiful. Highly recommended
