"The area is so convenient for everything. Washroom is kinda small and the tub is slippery which is dangerous if you take a shower. "

"The location is in the city center, the room is slightly old, the health is OK, the service is welcoming, but there is one piece of facial tissue in the bathroom, the replacement is not timely, the parking is $45 a day, there is a parking lot of $25 nearby, there is luggage, not willing to Ran. 10 minutes walk from Pioneer Square, 10 minutes walk to the top three Western restaurants in Portland, breakfast to line up. I stayed for one night and had no other feelings."

"It’s an old hotel…, in downtown. It’s close to Apple store.., like 10-15 minutes walking. Good room.., I got a Studio King suite. No problems with the elevators.. Very good breakfast.. (tasty omelet). There are some beggars sleeping (inhabiting) the sidewalks around the hotel. I’d stay again..!!"

"This hotel is very close to the airport. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the airport. The service is good, the breakfast is free, and the room is clean and hygienic. I booked a suite. The accommodation was very comfortable and the price was reasonable."

"Conveniently located at the heart of Portland. Charges $55 for parking even with hotel reservations. Wi-Fi cost money if you don’t sign up for Hilton honors program, not a problem since phone connection is good in downtown. Bathroom still had stains from prior guests….would not recommend to anyone."

"I would describe this as a hipster hotel with unique character to match the downtown area. My teenage kids did like the room and the adjacent coffee shop. However, I felt the room was a little small, especially the bathroom and the room could use some updating like more amenities like towel racks and storage for suitcases. Our room was not close to being recently remodeled so pictures can be a little deceiving. Bed was comfortable but I could hear people walking around above our room at night. I also struggled with parking found it very stressful trying to find parking, plan to spend around $40 a day on parking a day if you are driving around a lot. The overnight parking which is approx 10-15 minutes away walking distance is not on site and is only $20 a night, but it does not feel safe after 10pm to be walking around due to the homeless problem in the area. I don't think I will be returning to this hotel. I def don't feel like this was a 3 star hotel, I would give it a 2.5 out of 4 or 5 stars. The breakfast was a continental at best. Pastries with juice or coffee and fruit. Sometimes they provided yogurt or boxed oatmeal and oat milk but nothing special and get there before 9 am or there may run out of items. Portland has a lot of fun things to see but because of the homeless problem I would seek out recommendations for the best attractions and stir clear of the problem areas. Washington park and art museum were a lot of fun to visit. Multnomah Falls would be an all day trip and get there very early since parking is terrible or park off site and take tram in. I was also charged an additional fee of $25 a night which was not mentioned anywhere on the trip.com booking receipt."

"I think this hotel should consider to change their Stars on the online platform. Hyaat name is also confusing, it doesn’t represent Hyaat quality although. Breakfast has very limited food! Windows are not possible to open to get fresh air, due to security they say, but even a little bit opening possibility would give a lot confidence peope like me who desperately need it for the health reason!"
