"Near the station which was handy. Very helpful receptionist who showed me a map ancc DC the places to go to. The room was basic but clean. Would have been nice to have a kettle! Lots of clean towels and soap and shampoo provided a lively scent. Thanks My only concern was that I couldn’t turn the heat down!"

"Pleasant, friendly hotel. Clean and well looked after. Absolutely excellent breakfast included. Wide variety of options always available during dining period. Perfectly located as walked from airport and leaning tower easily walkable. Had a fantastic three night stay."

"Hotel is good, it was half empty and the placed us right in the middle of a teenager group trip. Reception didn't seem to care about the noise or the door slammed even a speaker with music till 12 pm. Had to wake up early to go to the airport but i wasn't necessary because neither of us slept😪."

"Its a good hostel to stay at in terms of safety, and good price, very convenient for Pisa since its very close to the station but not ideal if u r longing for a quiet peaceful night since the trains pass by every few minutes 😅  And i dont understand why they have to make u pay for a luggage deposit, never encountered that in any other place. U also need to pay more if u want a towel"

"The location and customer service at the reception were excellent. The room was reasonably clean, though it could have been a bit better. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep after a long day of traveling. However, the noise from outside was quite disturbing — someone was talking nonstop until around 3 a.m., which made it hard to rest properly. This was my third hotel stay in Italy, and since the country is full of olive trees, I was surprised not to see any olives among the breakfast options. The breakfast selection overall was rather basic and no better than what you’d expect at a 2-star hotel."

"Thank you for a lovely stay. Room was clean and comfortable 😊 The shower wasn't great but only needed unblocking in the holes which I managed myself. Needs cleaning regularly and not left to clog up 🚿 The room wasn't quiet as we had very noisy people to the right of us but that's them not the hotels fault Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough. Breakfast was simple but good Have to say the scrambled eggs tasted amazing😋 Location was great once we figured out the map 🤣🤣 All in all a lovely stay. "Great location for a short day trip to Pisa as it is right opposite Pisa Centrale Station. Plenty of good restaurants around the hotel. The male receptionist who checked us in last night was quite cold but the lady receptionist today was very nice. She offered us to use the washroom after check-out and before heading out to the station. Hotels don’t give you free bottle of water though so just a reminder to buy your own."

"Fixed list breakfast from the cafe: croissant, double toast fillet with cheese and ham, fruit, juice & tea or coffee. Nice room but only one chair, fridge. We couldn’t get AC working but kept window open as it was spring time and not hot out. Show closet should be repaired as one door was difficult to operate and shower handle not able to fix in place but needed to keep in hand all time. Very nice personnel. Sometimes busy in the cafe as many locals use it as well."
