Situation sur avenue centrale donc un peu bruyante et pas très bien insonorisé: on entend tous les bruits pas, chasse d’eau et autres…. Situé à 20 km de la tour de Pise le long du littoral pisanais, au beau milieu d’une forêt de pins parasols. Seul point très appréciable pour moi : le parking gratuit
