"Being a first time business traveller to Italy and Pisa ,it was a wonderful journey , the hotel receptionist can speak English , hence is easy for us to communicate with them . Pros : - Is a strategic location during the stay in Pisa , 15 min walk to leaning tower of Pisa . -Big applause to the receptionist Ms Tamara . She was very helpful , attentive and friendly during our stay at Grand Hotel Bonanno , she guide us to use the train from Pisa to Cinque terre, and lead us the direction to leaning tower of Pisa .The view of cinque terre was magnificent! -Other than that she helps us arrange taxi to airport and to my client office . - she was patient to answer all the request and question given by us . -The buffet breakfast was excellent , many selection of choice . Cons - there is no complimentary for mineral water during the stay . - the hotel was near to the railway station , hence you will easily hear the noise from outside however for me is fine with it . -the water heater can be improve . conclusion : If I ever come back again to Pisa, Italy , I will definitely choose this hotel again ."

"The location is very good, you can indeed see the leaning tower on the balcony. There are many types of breakfast, but the quality is really not high. There was a plate of fruit that no one moved. I took a fruit with my hand and found that the second half was moldy."

"The landlord is great, I thought of everything, and provided all kinds of small surprises. Password at the door to get the room card. There are vending machines at the entrance, and the price is close to the people. The kitchen offers several biscuits; several teas; coffee; welcome wine. All kinds of tableware and rags were available, so we were able to eat our own instant noodles. We cleaned them before we left. Pisa city map, mosquito coils, baby seat available."

"Having read mixed reviews on this hotel, i decided to give it a go as the price was reasonable for a large hotel with nice pool. Upon arrival, the front staff was fantastic, polite and helpful. We got upgraded to a larger room with balcony. The room was quite simple but clean. We had to request for slippers and toothbrushes as it is not provided unless you ask. We were extremely disappointed that the pool was closed even though it was 21°C and the sun was blazing hot. I chose this hotel so we could chill by the pool on the first day but obviously that didn't happen. The pool area was not maintained well maybe because of winter just before. It states in the website, there are two restaurants and bar but there was only one restaurant called Lumen. We went there the first night, the starters were excellent but the mains were very mediocre. The spaghetti was horrible, very soggy. Paying €150 for a meal for 3 if us was not really worth it as the mains were not good at all, and we had one dessert to share. Breakfast was not great, hot food option was not that nice. The bakery items were good though. Overall, it was okay... esp for that price. Location is close to Pisa Tower (15mins walk) and 7 mins ride to Pisa Centrale Stazione. Taximove app is very reliable and we used it to get to station and airport at reasonable prices."

"We loved this place. It's in the centre and walking distance to all restaurants and sites. It's best to inform the B&B of the time you will arrive because it's a self check in place, and you need a code to access the property. You only get the code once you go inside. There is a number outside, but its best to give them a heads up so that you are not left out."

"The room is large, there are few historical traces, there are chairs and stools to rest, but the bathroom is outside the room, the bathroom is exclusive, has its own room number, and will meet the guests of another room when entering and leaving. This is considered to be the whole house belongs to the landlord. There are two rooms on each floor. Each floor has pantry for water, juice, bagged bread, sauce, etc., even if there is no money for breakfast. If the landlord can check in than the city tax, if not, you need to stay in the city tax cash room. Location is close to the airport, about 15 minutes to the central station."

"Similar to the homestay, you can park for free and walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa for about 15 minutes. Breakfast is on the top of the building, although the variety is not a lot, but for the hotel, it is not bad. General room facilities"

"Title: Stunning boutique stay in the perfect location. The room was beautiful with incredible decor and great attention to detail, the garden area was also gorgeous and very romantic! Very clean amd very comfortable with all of the necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious and substantial and the wine was the best we had in Pisa! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend!"

"First of all, this convenient environment is good! It is also a viewing hotel of the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and it is the Leaning Tower when you go out. But! Very unreliable On the first day we arrived, we were trapped in the elevator for 15 minutes, we couldn't get out, the elevator door couldn't be opened, the buttons were all black, and it was difficult to contact people. The staff taught us how to force the opening after coming. If you don't understand English or Italian as a foreigner, it will really collapse! After pressing the forced button, it will fall when it is all extinguished! The first reaction after getting out of the elevator is nausea and vomiting The next day was even more funny. We told the hotel front desk one day in advance to let them help us set the taxi the next day and send us to the station! The hotel said that it was not necessary to decide. It was good to mention 5 minutes in the morning. As a result, we came 15 minutes before the next day. The result was almost half an hour and we couldn't call it. It directly caused our train to miss it and lost more than 100 euros."
