"Hotel booked for one night and it was enough! Very hard and uncomfortable bed. Room quite large despite everything. Hotel near the train station, easy to access. BUT room full of mold in the bathroom and near the curtains of the room!!! No ventilation!!! I would not have spent a second night there."

TTravelling travellerWe loved this place. It's in the centre and walking distance to all restaurants and sites. It's best to inform the B&B of the time you will arrive because it's a self check in place, and you need a code to access the property. You only get the code once you go inside. There is a number outside, but its best to give them a heads up so that you are not left out.

BBodoWhat a nice place to stay in central Pisa! It doesn't look much from outside, but as soon as you pass through the front door you find that you're in a quiet cool oasis (note: there is quite a long flight of stairs up to the rooms - no lift - so not great for those with mobility issues). Our room was spacious and comfortable and, despite overlooking a small square with restaurants, very quiet at night (there's quad-glazing on the window). You can order breakfast, or just enjoy the snacks left for us in the room. There's a microwave and drink making set-up in the lounge which was very handy. The owners are friendly and helpful and were happy for us to leave our luggage for a few hours on the last day. Staff are on site only in the mornings, and initially we were a bit sceptical about the entry/check in process (done with a QR code online), but it all worked flawlessly. We would happily stay here again if we visit Pisa in the future :-)

TTravel_With_PattyI personally booked this place because it only few steps from the train station. And in front of the hotel, there was a mini market where open till late night . For cleanliness yes i would say its clean and it comes with free breakfast as well. I like the hotel and its easy to walk around .

Uuyuyou_The service was excellent, the environment was quiet and beautiful, and the view of the sea and boats outside the window was truly stunning. The next morning, we even went to the hotel's beach. Although it was a bit far to drive, the free parasols and lounge chairs were provided, which was definitely worth it. However, the breakfast was relatively simple, nothing special.

CClairmaThe location of the hotel is fabulous and the room itself was beautiful. It’s amazing to step outside your room and see the tower right there! Unfortunately I found the staff at check in to be fairly rude and not very helpful; I felt like I was annoying him by checking in. I booked this hotel specifically because it has air conditioning but it didn’t work and since the hotel staff go home in the evening there was nobody to help and we were unable to sleep due to the heat. Even though the location was amazing I probably wouldn’t book here again.

HHeather___Don’t be fooled by the photos. But in fact, when I arrived in the room, it turned out that the photo was taken and it felt very dirty...Because it is an old building, the wall is that kind of old wall, so it looks dirty, but it is actually the texture of the wall...The interior inside is very beautiful The lamps and tables all have old European style and are very comfortable. The front desk is also very standardized, all dressed in suits, very polite and friendly, and good English. The most beautiful is the top of the hotel room, which has a bit of the feeling of a wooden house on the Norwegian side, because it may be an old house with wooden beams rebuilt, but it looks better. The hot water in the bath is also very hot. There is no elevator. We have a lot of boxes. The front desk changed us to a low-floor room~ and the heating seems to be turned off in the middle of the night. Many hotels here seem to be like this in order to save costs but it will not be cold at night. The breakfast is also quite rich, it is a normal continental breakfast, basically all.

Tticoeur090Positive points: Convenient because not far from the airport (about 25 min walk), same distance to get to the Tower of Pisa. Quite a few shops, restaurants and snacks in the area. Friendly staff. Negative points: When we arrived in the evening around 7:30 p.m., the door was closed and after ringing about ten times, no one to open the door for us. No one inside. We finally called the number displayed on the door to be given the entry code and the room number where the key was waiting for us. You had to know that! Breakfast not very varied. But above all, no air conditioning in my room, a real oven. Good for one night when arriving or departing....

SSea153I was stupid and accidentally booked the room 1 night before my actual stay. I was so frightened when the staff pointed it out. However he was soooo nice and still let me stay. I'm sooo grateful about that. The hotel smells nice and is decorated tastefully with artistic theme - there were paintings all along the corridor. My room is huge, my bed is grand and comfy for a solo traveller like me, everything is extremely clean, facilities are neat and well maintained. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Pisa Centrale and Pisa Leaning Tower. I'm a very happy guest. I'm so glad that I have chosen this hotel to stay for my Pisa trip. I will definitely stay here if I ever come back to explore Pisa again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a comfy stay, a sound sleep at affordable price in Pisa. The rooms are not big, but clean and comfortable) I travel alone and I have more than enough. The bathroom has a shower cabin, which is difficult to access. For some this will be a big inconvenience. I can’t say anything about breakfast ... I overslept it, it turns out to be until 9. So be careful.
