It is very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, a five-minute walk away. The accommodation is clean and hygienic, there is no elevator, and free parking is not guaranteed.

A small, privately owned hotel a 10/15 minute walk from the Leaning Tower. We arrived too early to check in but were able to leave our luggage & return later. Staff welcoming & friendly. The triple room was quite small but had a wheelchair accessible bathroom which we needed. All linens & towels excellent quality. The outside area was spotlessly clean & well kept. Very pleasant for a drink in the evening. A good continental breakfast (the same each day) with items freshly purchased & excellent value. Daniela (the day receptionist) was fabulous - friendly, professional & extremely helpful. Not the cheapest hotel in the area but we would definitely return if in Pisa. My only negatives would be: No tea/coffee facilities in the room - unusual these days - and the bathroom needs a small cupboard, table or shelf for personal items - we ended up using the windowsill which was not ideal. They have two partner restaurants, near the Tower, with a discount for hotel guests - we used one of them - La Lanterna - excellent food, good prices and great service. Thank you to all - we really enjoyed our stay.

We were looking for a hotel for one night as we were coming through Pisa. We recognized it would be walking distance to the Leaning Tower and so could be more expensive, but that we had to pay for parking and also breakfast made this a highly overpriced place to stay for one night in early October. Oh and we had to climb the stairs a few flights to our room, definitely made this not worth the price at all. So please find another hotel to stay of you can.

We have had a terrible experience here. DO NOT BOOK!!! we paid and were shown to our room and were extremely displeased. It was dark dingy and when we opened the curtains we looked out to bins. The staff on the front desk showed us another room upstairs but you could hardly walk around the bed and the decoration was horrendous. Marks on the wall and needed some TLC. The bathroom did look well kept. I was threatened by the manger when I asked for my money back and he threatened to send someone to see me.

We spent a night in February 2023. I chose this hotel because it was the only one that I could find that had a big room for 3 adults and 2 children available in Pisa at the time. On the plus side it is conveniently located near the tower of Pisa and the train station of Pisa San Rossore, and adequately priced. Our room was clean, spacious and had a sink and an electric cooktop with 2 hotplates. On the minus side, the room decor was a bit dated and located near a very busy intersection. The very helpful receptionist brought us a big travel crib for our child. We would probably stay there again if we were in Pisa because of the convenience.

Booking of a quadruple at a price of €140.00 with breakfast per night. They gave us a disabled room, cold, dirty, without a bidet, without air conditioning and radiators turned off in the coldest hours, with two camp beds and two single beds joined to double beds. Parking space booked but not present and very difficult to use because it is very narrow. Poor breakfast and we do not comment on the quality of the raw materials. We were supposed to stay two nights but after the first night we left. Highly not recommended.

Excellent location for my needs. A stone's throw from the beautiful Piazza dei Miracoli. Good level of welcome and breakfast service. Peace and quiet for rest that depends on the city traffic, good at night, less so in the early morning and afternoon. Overall a good mix of quality and price.

Indescribable, horrible room, damp, old and with a window that looked out onto the hotel warehouse. In the bathroom it is so difficult to put a cabinet to put things down!!!! If I had at least paid less maybe I would have adapted, but it was also very expensive. Never again. Breakfast was sad, not even the fresh croissants seemed to have just been unwrapped from the plastic. Absolutely not to be returned

Due to a morning hospital visit (it is only 300 meters on foot from the S. Chiara hospital) we stayed in this structure (we come from Genoa) for just one night in a double room, the hotel offers private parking, for a fee, and is very convenient both for reasons such as ours, hospital, and for visiting the city, given that it is only 300 meters on foot from P. dei Miracoli. The hotel does not offer a restaurant service, only bed and breakfast, which cannot be judged because we had to show up for the visit fasting, however it is a very valid structure, clean and the staff is very friendly, so I highly recommend it.

Hotel in transit before a hospital stay. Room on the second floor microscopic and decidedly dated. Very cold. No duvet in the bed in the middle of winter! We put towels and jackets on top of the bedspread to warm up. Breakfast is also really sad and disappointing. We always adapt by going around, but it can't be called a 3* hotel, there are B&Bs nearby that are definitely more welcoming for the same price. Too bad because even a little would make a difference

Very good hotel, 8 minutes from the tower of Pisa. The rooms definitely need improvement but they are clean, clean towels/sheets, little gem there was also Netflix and Youtube available. Breakfast 5€ per person and it is excellent, very kind and helpful staff.
