Half of the lights don't work, the heating doesn't work, it only sends fresh air even set at 30°, the collection of the automatic drink machine doesn't work and the coffee machine doesn't work, of course it there was no one there, the reception doors are closed until 5 p.m.,,,since the drink machines are not working and there is no one at the reception I wanted to plan and buy some cacolac and I put it in front of my door in the hall because no one was in the room which shared my hall, the cleaning lady took the bottles of cacolac to close and at the same time I asked the manager who came to see if the room was vacated I took the opportunity to tell him that the lady had just had breakfast at the door and he simply said sorry for you instead of going to see the lady!!!!! !!! I am also asking for a full refund of the stay or I will file a complaint
