It was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious. I couldn't use the pick-up service. I also couldn't use the hotel bus when I went back. Thank you

I did like my stay day and the staff are so kind , they even help my Family with a visa issue at the police station, and thank God for this my family didn’t have an issue at the airport.

It’s a great hotel and very helpful and cooperative staff even they extended my Checkout timing without any issues and the place are amazed and one more thing is that a Muslim restaurant is also nearby just a few steps away from the right side of this building I love this place and the people

Service was great. Location was close to the airport. Website states shuttle but no service was available and had to take a taxi back and forth to the airport

Convenient for Beijing Capital Airport, just a ten minute taxi ride away. Room was comfortable and quiet. The complimentary laundry service was a big plus. The staff helped considerably despite the language barrier.

We stayed here for one night for a layover in Beijing. The room was stylish, very clean and comfortable. There were also many restaurants in the neighborhood for dining. The staff at the front desk of the hotel was very friendly and even though they didn't speak my language, I was able to have a decent conversation with them using a translator. There were many critical comments but I had no inconvenience and was treated very nicely. I would stay here again when I come to Beijing.

The rooms were full of cockroaches and it was a very dirty hotel. The service team changed the room 4 times and I left empty-handed after staying for 1 night.

The location near the airport is great and everything was comfortable. The main complaint is that the toilet and shower are both semi-transparent glass enclosures within the room. So although the glass is somewhat frosted, you can clearly see and hear your companion using the restroom. The price was very affordable and the location near the airport was convenient, but this situation makes it an unnecessarily uncomfortable situation for traveling companions.

Booked this hotel for an overnight transit in Beijing. The hotel was no frills and had all the basic amenities. The room was spacious for one and cleanliness was fine. I would recommend it for a short transit stay as it is located 10 minutes drive from the airport.
