The place is in the very good location ,all you need is here . Great place to stay and relax. Beautiful room. The staff are nice ,I would love to go back for sure! Nice place to stay in Sydney.

While the room was stunning and front desk staff were very hospitable and were awesome to prepare some chocolates and a card for my daughter as it was her birthday (they fulfilled my request), I feel the housekeeping staff could use some improvement. I had to call the reception, almost daily, to ask for 2 dental kits. I figured if I was staying for 5 nights AND called for it the 1st 2 nights, the rest of the nights would be provided automatically as I am sure the housekeeping department has a guest list as well. Another thing is that the room, while it was tidied up when I indicated "Make Up Room", it was not CLEANED. There was no sweeping and mopping for my entire stay nor was the dining table wiped. I used the cooking utensils to boil milk for my daughter. Doing that would leave a layer/film of milk at the bottom of the pot. I'd hand scrub it clean to use again. The room attendants would place it in storage/cabinets without checking if it was clean. That's absolutely disgusting and very unsafe as the milk can go bad and re-using that pot for more milk might contaminate the fresh milk. I'd leave certain areas unclean to check on the level of details and cleanliness during my stay, and unfortunately, my suspicions came true. At the end of it all, I'd stay again for sure!! Housekeeping needs to improve, but overall, an awesome place to stay at.

It was more of a business hotel than a 5-star hotel^^ It had a washing machine, dryer, and kitchenware, and it was clean and the location was good, so I went shopping and brought heavy things.

The front desk service is very good👍🏻The location is great👍🏻It is very close to the port, wildlife park, aquarium and wax museum! Behind is a very prosperous commercial street! The apartment is large and has a balcony which is great. It is convenient to wash clothes, dry clothes and cook, and the kitchen utensils are clean! The TV can connect to YouTube, netflix, and Disney~

The location is good, the house is huge and has plenty of facilities including a washing machine, stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, large refrigerator and a terrace. There is another room (worker's room?) that can provide a place for light sleeping. There are many famous shops nearby, and it takes only 5 minutes to walk (two traffic lights) to King Street.

The hygiene is still a bit poor. There is a water scoop that is clogged, it feels like someone has vomited in it... The location is very convenient. The equipment is also new and pretty good.

The hotel itself is good, but not as good as the same brand of apartment in the suburbs! This one is not at the subway entrance and is a distance away from the light rail, but the location is still in the city center, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the main transportation points!

The room is large, clean, and the service is good. It is cleaned every day. Various kitchen utensils meet the needs of self-catering. I will choose it again next time.

Anyway it was great! The location is very close to the Opera House and close to Darling Harbour, so it's a very good place. The staff at the front desk are really nice. When I checked in, it was in the morning, so I couldn't enter the room yet, but they asked me if I needed to take a shower, and when I checked out, they asked if I needed to leave my luggage. rice field. And when I went to pick up my luggage, they called me a taxi to the airport. While waiting, they provided bottled mineral water. The room is as beautiful as the photo! The facilities were also quite complete. The shower has great water pressure and the temperature is easy to control. I really can't complain! It was nice to stay! Thank you for a wonderful stay♪
