Environment: The hotel has several buildings, with a maximum of three units per floor, all near the sea. My room had a balcony, which was very pleasant to look at the sea, the bridge, and the waves on sunny days. Delivery options are limited; the few that do offer delivery require using JD.com.
Service: Adding the front desk on WeChat resulted in a message with information about WiFi, breakfast, and driving routes – a thoughtful and natural service.
Breakfast: It deserves special mention because although the selection was limited, the food was quite good, and I enjoyed it.
Cleanliness: Overall, it was very good and pleasant. There was a minor leak in the sink drain, but it didn't affect the overall rating."

"The Pingtan Dongfushan Hotel boasts a prime location with numerous restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and its own parking lot is convenient for those driving. The bedding was clean and hygienic, and the rooms were well-equipped. The female staff at the front desk were warm, patient, and attentive. However, there were some drawbacks. The middle-aged woman in charge of catering at the breakfast restaurant seemed to have received no training in service etiquette or etiquette. She lacked respect and spoke rudely to the elderly customers in their sixties and seventies. While it's acceptable to limit each person to one egg and prohibit leftovers, it's unacceptable to treat these much older people like children. Furthermore, my spouse and I took two eggs, one of which had a sticky egg white and smelled of ammonia. My spouse asked the woman if she could replace it, but she firmly insisted that all the eggs were fresh and couldn't possibly be bad, refusing to give a replacement – she was incredibly stubborn! As out-of-towners, we don't want to argue or quarrel with you. So, taking this opportunity, I hope your hotel will strengthen its training for these outsourced staff, teaching them proper communication skills and service concepts. Otherwise, it will directly affect the hotel's image. I initially thought the hotel was quite good in all aspects, but this lack of professionalism among a few individuals has negatively impacted the hotel. Frankly, I really wanted to give it a 5-star review."

On our first day, the front desk even helped us arrange a 'blue tear' tour (bioluminescent plankton viewing). I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Pingtan!"

Breakfast was an even bigger surprise! The variety was extensive and everything was incredibly fresh—the noodle soup was savory and delicious, and the salads, pastries, and fruits were perfectly balanced in both taste and presentation. I felt completely satisfied for the whole morning after eating.
Overall, from the facilities to the dining details, you could really feel the thoughtfulness put into everything. This is definitely a hotel I'd want to return to!"

"This is a newly opened hotel, so there aren't any photos in the reviews. However, the stay was okay. We bought a twin room with a smart toilet, and the facilities were pretty good. However, the cleanliness in some of the less-than-ideal corners was poor; despite being new, some facilities showed signs of age.
The worst thing was the lack of separation between the toilet and the bed. If you spray water towards the door while showering, it leaks out, and my friend didn't notice and got their suitcase wet.
Secondly, it was extremely poorly soundproofed. The neighbors playing games and making phone calls were very noticeable. The facilities advertised a laundry room, but washing clothes cost 5 yuan and only lasted 20 minutes. The laundry detergent was a generic brand. Since these facilities were in a common area, hangers and washing machines were shared. After washing, you had to go to the eighth-floor rooftop to dry your clothes, which also had other guests, so there was no privacy. I've never stayed in a room with a combination lock before, so I didn't know you couldn't lock it from the inside, which made me feel quite unsafe. It's about a 20-minute walk to Longwangtou (a restaurant), or a few minutes by taxi. There are many night markets and seafood restaurants nearby, just a few minutes' walk away. Finally, there were cobwebs and spiders in the room, right on the pillow. This guest, who had been added to the room, never replied to messages after being asked to add them; I wonder if something was bothering them.
Overall, 130 yuan a night is acceptable; the price is reasonable. Since it was the off-season, any higher price wouldn't be good value. I'd recommend staying at a chain hotel."

First off, the hotel upgraded my room directly, and I had a fantastic ocean view – it was absolutely breathtaking! That really made my day. Plus, the timing of my stay was perfect (it had been windy and cold for the two days before and after, but the temperature warmed up on the day I checked in). I even got to see the 'Blue Tears' phenomenon that night, which was incredible!"

"Really deserves five-star praise! ! (And the key point is that the price of off-peak travel is very cost-effective haha) The B&B is easy to find. It is basically at the entrance of the village. The sign on the roof is large and easy to see. The entrance of the B&B faces the sea, and the scenery is very good on a sunny day. It is very comfortable to sit on the lounge chair and bask in the sun. The coffee made by the boss (probably the boss, haha, he is the guy at the front desk anyway) tastes very good! (It’s really good. My boyfriend, who is a barista, also thinks it tastes good.) When I told him on WeChat that I wanted to get some ice cream, the boss misunderstood me at first. I didn’t even tell him when I got it, so I thought I’d forget it and just drink it. Then after a while, he realized that he had made a mistake and asked me to make a new cup for me. He was still very happy! Then on the first day we came here, he recommended Blue Tears Chasing Group to us. When we went to catch the sea the next day, they lent us the tools to catch the sea and said we could borrow them at will. The people are really nice and enthusiastic~ (Oh, I love the B&B as we walk down to the beach. It’s a stone beach suitable for catching the sea. We were lucky enough to dig up a sea urchin and starfish~) We finally saw Blue Tears thanks to the boss’s real-time broadcast in the tear-chasing group, hahaha. Although the amount was not big during the two days we went there, it was still beautiful. I'm satisfied when I arrive~"
