The hotel offered great value for money and far exceeded my expectations. During the Chinese New Year holiday, it was less than 600. The room, bedding, and towels were all neat and clean, and the mattress was comfortable. The front desk and other staff were warm and attentive. Behind the hotel is a beach, with no outside tourists, making it quiet and comfortable. My favorite part was the laundry room; it saved me a lot of hassle and even had a dryer, which was a huge help."

The environment is very clean and tidy, there is no smell at all, the facilities and equipment are all intelligent, and there is Tmall Genie voice control for the entire room. The projection is also very clear, the screen is large, the service of the front desk lady is very enthusiastic, and she also recommends travel and food guides. The hotel's location is excellent, and there's an airport shuttle bus right downstairs, which is super convenient. You don't even need a car to get around, everything is within walking distance. The service staff were also very thoughtful; when we ran out of bottled water in the room, we called for more and they delivered it promptly. We had a great experience and will recommend it to friends in the future."

The hotel facilities are quite good, and the shower water pressure is excellent, making for a very comfortable experience. However, there's a slight issue with the shower door's seal, as water tends to leak outside the shower area. The engineering department should address this. The hotel is situated in a somewhat open area, so if you crack open a window, it can get quite windy. It's nice to open the window for a bit each day to let in some fresh air. It's currently the off-season, so there aren't many guests, but the breakfast selection is still quite rich. For dinner, you can easily take a taxi to the city center, which isn't far. The hotel staff are very friendly and responsive to requests."

The room was clean and cleaned well. The bathroom was a bit strange in design and there was no place to change clothes. So when I showered, I had to close the room and others were in the living room. The only deduction is the breakfast buffet, milk and soy milk add a lot of water, and there are fewer food choices. On the last day, I decided to go out for breakfast."

"The Pingtan Dongfushan Hotel boasts a prime location with numerous restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and its own parking lot is convenient for those driving. The bedding was clean and hygienic, and the rooms were well-equipped. The female staff at the front desk were warm, patient, and attentive. However, there were some drawbacks. The middle-aged woman in charge of catering at the breakfast restaurant seemed to have received no training in service etiquette or etiquette. She lacked respect and spoke rudely to the elderly customers in their sixties and seventies. While it's acceptable to limit each person to one egg and prohibit leftovers, it's unacceptable to treat these much older people like children. Furthermore, my spouse and I took two eggs, one of which had a sticky egg white and smelled of ammonia. My spouse asked the woman if she could replace it, but she firmly insisted that all the eggs were fresh and couldn't possibly be bad, refusing to give a replacement – she was incredibly stubborn! As out-of-towners, we don't want to argue or quarrel with you. So, taking this opportunity, I hope your hotel will strengthen its training for these outsourced staff, teaching them proper communication skills and service concepts. Otherwise, it will directly affect the hotel's image. I initially thought the hotel was quite good in all aspects, but this lack of professionalism among a few individuals has negatively impacted the hotel. Frankly, I really wanted to give it a 5-star review."

First off, the hotel upgraded my room directly, and I had a fantastic ocean view – it was absolutely breathtaking! That really made my day. Plus, the timing of my stay was perfect (it had been windy and cold for the two days before and after, but the temperature warmed up on the day I checked in). I even got to see the 'Blue Tears' phenomenon that night, which was incredible!"

The homestay has a spacious courtyard, filled with various types of cacti, exuding a tropical vibe.
