GGuest UserI came to this homestay for the second time, and the boss family is as kind as ever. Not only did I come to the high-speed rail station to pick us up, but also sent us to the high-speed rail station when we left Pingtan. I was very touched. This homestay is very clean. Seeing our family of three come over, we also upgraded our room. We prepared fresh fruit in the living room, and the proprietress got up early in the morning to make breakfast for us. His house is very close to Beibei Beach. The beach is very clean and the sand is fine and soft. It is really comfortable to go to see the sunset after dinner.

GGuest UserThis is an exceptionally nice guesthouse; we felt right at home! The handsome owner's voice is like a gentle sea breeze 😀 The warmest man in Pingtan! My friend said he's more considerate than most boyfriends! He cares about whether guests have a good time and responds promptly to any questions. The room was clean and tidy. Since it wasn't crowded this season, the owner even upgraded us to a larger room with a sea view from the bed. The room had air conditioning, a smart toilet, a full-length mirror, and disposable towels—everything you could need. As a northerner, it was my first time trying braised pork, and they even stir-fried it hot!!! The owner personally bought it for me. He even knew our preferences as girls and brought us some refreshing drinks! Excellent!

GGuest UserHere's my short review! I'll be writing it right after my experience. I highly recommend it to everyone. It was a truly perfect stay, well worth the price. My baby's little exclamation upon entering the room and the stunning ocean view from the floor-to-ceiling windows were a real surprise. The room has a minimalist European design, and the sofa and bedding are incredibly comfortable. It's clear the owner is a stylish person, and everything from the decor to the toothbrush sets has been meticulously crafted for comfort. This was my first time in Pingtan, so the outings took up a lot of my time at the B&B. Next time, my baby and I have agreed to bring the whole family along. We won't be wandering around, just hanging out by the beach. When we get tired, we can just go to the private beach downstairs. I want to fully savor every moment by the sea... Finally, a special mention goes to our housekeeper, Lin Shitou. He's fantastic. From making reservations beforehand, to meeting us at the airport, he patiently explained everything, to his humorous and informative introductions to the surrounding attractions. All his food recommendations were spotless, and his recommendations were both off-the-beaten-path and perfectly tailored to my taste... Because of him, this B&B feels like the emperor's new clothes, adding even more magic. By the way, the housekeeper took my baby and me to see the Blue Tears at around 10 pm. Seeing them was truly breathtakingly beautiful, and it was truly worth the trip... Their breakfast was also incredibly good. My baby missed out on afternoon tea because she was out, and she told me how much she regretted it. 😂 I'll be back next time, perhaps during the New Year holiday. I think the experience will be even better. 🥰

As a result, we haven’t packed our things. The boss has cleaned this room. It’s really fast and clean. It’s warm and helpful. The board likes 👍👍 My friend's suitcase zipper is broken and the boss helped to repair it. I really think that the owner of this homestay is very versatile. It is completely a hexagonal warrior. It seems that if the boss can do everything he can to help you. The room is a small yard and a swing rocking chair. There is a big big one. The sea is very comfortable and the price is the highest in all the homestays I have ever stayed in. The problem is very fast. I sent a super detailed travel guide. In the morning, the homestay also provides free breakfast. Looking at the sea for breakfast is really healing. I ate Pingtan special fish balls that day. I’m really lucky to eat. I’m going to this homestay. I’m leaving Pingtan. I miss the happy days there. The boss’s house has a dog that seems to be called fat. I really want to listen to other guests. Hahahaha. It’s really cute. When I was eating breakfast, it suddenly came over. It was a little scared at first, but it was fat and not like other dogs. It was very good. It would not yell at you. It was quiet next to you. I think the boss and their good pets are also docile. I am a person who is very afraid of rhubarb dogs, but the boss's dog is really I met the first one who was not afraid. It was really good. I went back to the hotel again. It was late and I would lie on the door. It was like being the door god to protect everyone. It was safe. Hahahahaha. It was very cute. The homestay was clean and tidy. The location was good. Then there were friends who came to Pingtan to play. Friends came. Book this homestay! Recommend recommendation to Amway! ! ! ! ! ! ! There are also battery cars that are particularly cool! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Oh, right, there are many net red photo punch shops in front of the homestay, and there are some coffee shops. It is really convenient to live here. It is very close to everywhere.

ZZhouniziI took my child out during the Spring Festival break; this was the second stop on our road trip. The address was clear, parking was convenient, and there were two charging stations at the entrance, presumably for slow charging, but I didn't try them out and am not entirely sure. The room was as pictured, and the cleanliness was much better than other guesthouses in Xiapu. The environment was nice, located in the middle of various popular attractions. During the nights we stayed, the weather changed drastically with strong winds and heavy rain, so we couldn't sit in the mini courtyard that came with the room. On a sunny day, it would be nice to have a tea party and admire the moon. The room was indeed quite small, with no extra space, mainly because there wasn't enough room to unfold our suitcases. After showering, the whole room was quite humid, and we kept the exhaust fan running, but it was too noisy to keep it on while sleeping. There were no windows, and leaving the courtyard gate open seemed inappropriate, as there was construction going on next door. The room was located under the stairs, and people started using the washing machine around 6 AM, which was very noisy. I suggest moving the washing machine to a different location. Some guests were constantly going up and down the stairs; were they trying to wear down the stairs? It was like an earthquake, which was very annoying. Then, the sink faucet in the room seemed a bit too high, causing water to splash. The young landlady, though I didn't have much direct contact with her, seemed quite approachable through WeChat, answering all my questions and proactively offering recommendations for various activities and restaurants. The fact that they deliver food to the accommodation was a nice touch. Another highlight was the walk to the beach; despite the strong winds and heavy rain those days, it didn't stop us from going to the beach to stroll on the sand. At low tide, you can collect seashells, but since there's no mudflat, we couldn't go beachcombing. The road in front could be improved; adding an asphalt path would greatly enhance the experience 😂 I've rambled on a bit, but this is my honest impression!

Properly set the ceiling of Pingtan sea view, worthy of the first place 🏆 The beach environment is super beautiful, and there are huge movies to take pictures at hand, and there are few people and clean without crowding. The view of the sea view room is really invincible, facing the sea without obstruction, lying on the bed to watch the sea and watching the sunset, the experience is directly full. The overall environment, location and landscape are impeccable. I definitely don't regret coming to Pingtan to see the sea. I highly recommend it!

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and professional; check-in was super fast, and they thoughtfully introduced me to the hotel facilities and interesting places nearby. The room was clean and tidy, with a great layout and excellent natural light. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety of both Western and Chinese options, and everything tasted great. The freshly baked bread smelled amazing, and the noodles made to order were smooth and delicious. The gym was well-equipped with treadmills, dumbbells, and everything else I needed for my daily workout. The swimming pool water was crystal clear, and a few laps there were incredibly refreshing. The service was top-notch; whether it was the cleaning staff or employees I met in the elevator, everyone greeted me warmly, and any requests were promptly addressed. This stay was simply perfect, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

It is really a great place to watch the sunset! The room is clean and hygienic, just next to Changjiangao Beach, very close to the beach, and there are many food nearby! GGuest UserIt was a very satisfying experience. Although there was nothing to do as a result of Typhoon Shantol, the only activity was to climb to the top of the mountain observation deck with my parents, but we were almost blown away by the typhoon. But the B&B is really impeccable, the food is delicious, the rooms are great, and the service is beyond praise. If I have the chance to come to Pingtan again, I will undoubtedly choose his place first.

KkyyylaThe view from the window is really great. You can sit on the bed and watch the sunset. Unfortunately, it was cloudy these two days. The B&B is located in Beiwang, between Jingsha and Changjiangao, which is just right for us. It is also close to the beach and you can go to the beach in less than ten minutes by riding an electric scooter. The room was clean and consistent with the pictures provided. The boss is very nice and gave us a lot of travel suggestions. Pingtan beach is beautiful, the homestay is also beautiful, the boss has a cat, I will definitely come again next time:)
