My room had a balcony, which was very pleasant to look at the sea, the bridge, and the waves on sunny days. Delivery options are limited; the few that do offer delivery require using JD.com. "Visiting Pingtan during the off-season is incredibly comfortable! On a sunny day, it's absolutely photogenic! The hostel rooms are fantastic, very clean, and have two tables for seating. The first floor is a bar where those who enjoy a drink can relax. The second floor is for accommodation, stylishly decorated. The receptionist is incredibly kind, and the receptionist is also very friendly! Discovering hostels has been a real eye-opener – cheap and in a great location. Of course, it might not be the best choice for those who prioritize quiet, as it's a dormitory (but honestly, in many hotels and guesthouses I've stayed in while traveling, there's always noise from upstairs, next door, and in the hallway, sometimes from inconsiderate people). I didn't take any photos of the hostel, so I'll use something else instead."

"Golden Yong Ya Ge is our top pick for a family vacation in Pingtan with kids! It's just a stone's throw from Longwangtou Beach, making it super convenient for digging in the sand and chasing the 'blue tears'. The hotel has its own kids' playground, which kept our little one entertained all afternoon. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection of pastries that the kids loved. The front desk staff were really friendly and even provided complimentary sand-digging tools. Plus, parking is free and there are charging stations available. Our whole family had an amazing experience – highly recommend for families with children!"

"🌊 Great Service and Beach Location, But a Few Things to Know! We had a mixed but overall good experience here, mostly thanks to the wonderful staff. The Positives & The Room ✨ The service here is genuinely good! We originally booked a standard Twin room, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a Family room. The upgraded room was absolutely awesome—very big, comfortable, and perfectly clean. Even though the hotel building itself feels a little bit old and dated, the spacious room really made up for it. Location & Beach 🏖️ The hotel is located right by the sea, which is beautiful. There are a few cafes right on the beach, though keep in mind their menus are quite limited. Also, unless you are visiting during the peak hot summer season, you won't be able to swim in the ocean because of the weather. The Downsides: Pool & Noise 🚧 Since we couldn't swim in the sea, we were hoping to use the pool, but unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed. I highly recommend contacting the hotel to check if the pool is operating before you book! The biggest issue during our stay, however, was the noise. There was active construction going on, and they were constantly fixing the roof next door. It was quite noisy and definitely disrupted the peaceful beach vibe. Bottom Line: A great beachfront location with excellent service and spacious rooms, but definitely double-check the pool and construction status before your trip! "The environment of the B&B is truly amazing, with a Mediterranean style. You can enjoy the sea view while lying on the bed. There is also a balcony. Sitting on the balcony, drinking a small drink and blowing in the sea breeze from the island🏝️, I feel so good. You can relax and enjoy traveling. By the way, the lemon tree in the room looks fake, but it is a real tree! Please don't pinch it. [Love] The service attitude of the store is very good. The handsome brother and the beautiful lady are very enthusiastic. The recommended seafood fried chicken is delicious! I’m going to give you a Yujiale restaurant next door to Amway 🍴. You heard me right. It’s recommended by experienced foodies. Haha, the oysters and abalone are very fat and fresh. You must try their shrimps. They have a fresh and sweet taste. We ate them during our two-day stay. Three meals! Cheap and delicious😋, the people in Pingtan are very nice, honest and enthusiastic❤️Recommend everyone to come!"

"This was my first time bringing my child to Pingtan, and I absolutely recommend staying at the Guohui Hotel as a family-friendly option – it's fantastic! I found it online, and there were many genuine positive reviews on Ctrip. We were two women with two 3-year-olds. The family room was huge, and the kids loved it, especially the small tent 🏕️, the little horse, panda, and bear 🐻 they all wanted to play with. There's also a large bathtub, and the view from the 27th floor is amazing. The playground on the first floor and the large outdoor pool with a water park were big hits too. I have to specifically mention the food: the rice noodles and regular noodles at the breakfast buffet were incredibly delicious 😋, especially if you add the meatballs – they were heavenly 😋! In the following days, none of the other places we ate at had meatballs as good as these. The kids loved the food too, and the cute bowls and plates were a nice touch. The hotel was very clean, and they were thoughtful enough to provide a child's toilet seat and installed two bed rails for us. The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from Tian'ao (South Line) and 30-50 minutes from the North Line by taxi. Since the north and south lines are quite far apart, choosing this hotel, as recommended by other netizens, was a brilliant decision. The food was excellent too. After enjoying the beach on the South Line, it was so comfortable to take a taxi back, wash up, and go to sleep. The hotel's pick-up service was also fantastic 👍. Traveling with children and luggage can be exhausting, but the driver met us right at the one-stop station, and we had a comfortable ride in a 6-seater commercial van. I didn't take many photos, so you can find pictures online. I just wanted to share my honest experience. We also booked a B&B in the North for the same trip, and it was more expensive but genuinely inferior to Guohui in terms of both food and accommodation. After all, one is by the sea and the other is in the county town, but everything was convenient for eating. Speaking of which, I have to roast 'Feipo Feizai Chichi' (a restaurant). They offer free hotpot bases if you post on Xiaohongshu – no wonder good marketing slogans are made that way! It was scorching hot inside, and we almost got heatstroke eating there because there was no air conditioning. It was like a big seafood market. The stir-fried dishes looked good in pictures, but they were nowhere near as tasty as the seaside stalls."

"It is too convenient to drive to Pingtan to live in this county hotel. There are plenty of parking spaces at the door, the room space is large, the suitcase is placed casually, and the bedding is clean and odorless. There are many restaurants downstairs, and it is not far to go, so you don't have to run far for food. It is very convenient to go out to take a taxi and rent an electric car. It is ten minutes away to watch the sunrise in Longwangtou. The facilities are brand new and hot water is sufficient. The staff is also super warm and thoughtful. You don’t have to worry about eating, lodging and traveling. I strongly recommend everyone to live."

"Location is really convenient, near to amenities and the beach. Room is clean and housekeeping service is fabulous. However the down side is that the service provided by the staff from the reception is substandard for a four star hotel, staff at the reception is not welcoming and giving people an uncomfortable feeling. Staff did not greet and both of them standing at the counter will just stare at you while you are walking towards them. Upon reaching the counter, they will not serve you until you start speaking up. After handing over of room cards, did not guide on where is the lift and where is the breakfast at."
