Hotels in Karon Beach, Phuket

The hotel is good for families with kids because of the fun water slides and the kids pool, and they have a stamping game to collect stamps from different part of hotel to redeem gift for kids. Overall the hotel is quite old and need a lot of improvement. Like our room, the shower drain is clogged everytime bath, and on the last day the toilet is clogged. And we were badly bitten by bed bugs even I sprayed bed bug spray it didn’t work, in the end we requested to change mattress and it improved. And have to be careful about the bugs bite and mosquitoes bite everywhere. The breakfast is average, we stayed for 5 night the breakfast is almost the same everyday. Nonetheless the staff were friendly and location is almost included as free pick up whenever you sign up any island tour, also convenient to get food around.

I am dissatisfied with my recent stay due to the following issues: • Children’s pool white drain cover caused falls, including my swollen foot; no fixes made. • Unannounced power outage for hours; staff denied responsibility, offered only fruit as compensation. • Room marketed as new but materials worn; neighbor’s doorbell rang in my room due to thin walls. • Inconsistent housekeeping; bathrobes once left rolled on my bed. • Post-renovation design unfit for families; toilet and bed separated by a curtain.

How do I start? Hmm, okay... The resort was superb! Im a person that will look into reviews comment about specific hotel. So I choose Mandarava since I read a lot of positive review about this resort! It was my superb time at here! The staff was friendly and kind! I love their foooodddd it was so damn nice and super fast!!! 💕💕💕😍😍😍 but the thing that need to be improvise is communication. I was a bit dissappointed when I have to bear the trouble becuase of their miscommunication between hotel and trips.com agency. But nevertheless I enjoyed my time here!

We had an enjoyable stay at Glow Mira! We initially had some furniture issues in our room, but the front desk officer, View, handled it so promptly and professionally. The place is clean and the best part of the hotel is the friendly and service-oriented staff. Hotel is also 10-15 minutes walking distance to eateries and Temple night market.

Very relaxing and enjoyable holiday with my family at Sugar Marina Hotel - Art, Karon, and my kids had lots of fun at pools. It was much better than expected, so we wished we could extend of our stay for a few more days, but we couldn't do because of our next booking at another hotel. Staff were very kind and helpful, especially POE at reception and her kind supports were very impressive!

The hotel is not bad, you won't be able to sleep in silence, well, maybe it depends on what room they are checking into, I had room A3, the pump occasionally kept me awake at night, and early in the morning we swam in the pool, it was very noisy, every morning. Sometimes dogs bark at night, a child cries loudly, probably the owner's child. The bathroom is not very convenient in terms of taking a shower, there is standing water in the sink. Overall, it's okay for 1-2 nights, no more. I'm not adding it to the black list, but I took note that you can spend 1-2 nights, no more.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Phuket Karon Beach Resort! The location is perfect — peaceful yet close to everything. The resort itself is beautiful, very well-maintained, and exceptionally clean. The food was absolutely amazing with a great variety and taste. What truly made our stay memorable was the cooperative and friendly staff — their service was outstanding throughout. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious experience in Phuket!

 The accommodation is right next to the sea. Wake up early and go for a walk on the beach. It's comfortable, clean, and convenient. It's very good. There's a motorbike in front.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights. On the first night, there was a small issue with cleanliness, but the front desk staff handled it very well quickly arranged a room change and offered complimentary breakfast as an apology. I was truly impressed by their care and responsiveness. The room was clean and comfortable, and the rest of the hotel was well maintained with a pleasant atmosphere. Thank you to all the staff. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay with excellent service.

I'd seen some less-than-stellar reviews before our stay, but after experiencing it myself, I found it to be excellent, and my family was very happy too. One of the staff members at the front desk spoke a little Chinese. The main lobby is open-air with no air conditioning. The hotel's hallways are designed in a simple yet elegant white Greek style. Interestingly, the bellhop wore slippers when entering our room with our luggage. The room looked exactly like the photos. The mirrored doors are all solid wood, which is quite a departure from what's common in China. We were lucky enough that our room had a sea view on the second day, offering views of the entire resort. The breakfast area is also partially open-air and partially air-conditioned. There were many Western guests, and everyone was very polite. Plenty of restaurants conveniently located by the pool made dining very easy. To the right, there's an ice cream parlor, and to the left, a gym. Even further left is a direct pool access room, but be warned, it can get very noisy at night as it's close to the road with many loud motorcycles. The hotel's back gate provides very convenient access to the beach, just across the street. Staying here, you truly don't need to venture anywhere else. Our kids absolutely loved swimming and digging in the sand every single day. In the evenings, there were plenty of late-night food stalls nearby, and a 7-Eleven, which, though not large, was perfectly sufficient. I would definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit.
