Pullman Properties in Phuket

Pros: Great location, a cliffside hotel with an infinity pool boasting stunning ocean views. The sunset, especially on a clear day, was absolutely amazing. My child had a blast in the pool. It's close to the airport, and the beach is relatively good (much better than Mai Khao Beach, which is also close to the airport – it's gentle and offers more activities). It's a perfect hotel for a 2-3 night stay before leaving Phuket. At 1000 CNY/night, it's incredible value for money. Another huge plus is the breakfast variety and quality – it's excellent! (As a picky eater from the south, if I say it's good, it's definitely good, I'm that confident! 😎) Cons: Being a cliffside hotel, the rooms are built on a steep slope. For guests whose rooms are far, taking the buggy back can be a hassle. During peak check-out time, I waited for about 15-20 minutes for a buggy. However, this also has a small advantage: each building only has four rooms (at least in my case, my floor only had two rooms), which offers great privacy. I stayed for three nights and didn't encounter any neighbors, even though the hotel was mostly full during my stay. It's not like those hotels with long corridors full of rooms. Overall, I think it's very good for this price point. As someone who has stayed at many hotels (I stayed at 4 hotels during my 11-day trip to Phuket, and have stayed at nearly 10 high-quality hotels in Bali and Koh Samui), this one stands out.

The hotel is designed in a garden style, with a 24-hour shuttle service internally. Breakfast was decent, and the service was acceptable. The sea view from the rooms facing the ocean is absolutely stunning. The weather in Phuket this season is also wonderful, making it a very pleasant place for a vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort. The resort is beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for a peaceful getaway. The facilities, atmosphere, and hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable. A very special appreciation goes to Nat, who provided us with exceptional service throughout our stay. Nat was incredibly friendly, attentive, helpful, and always made sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of. The warm hospitality and genuine effort really made a difference to our experience. Service like this is what makes guests remember a hotel and want to return. Nat is truly an asset to the Pullman team and deserves special recognition for the outstanding service. Thank you, Nat, and the entire Pullman Phuket Panwa team for making our stay so memorable.
