Just stayed from June 25-30, 2069, with my family. We booked 3 rooms and requested them to be close together, which the hotel arranged for us. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and the air conditioning was cold. The TV had many channels. All staff members provided excellent service, spoke kindly, and gave very helpful recommendations. The hotel is close to Prince of Songkla University, Phuket campus, and near shopping areas, making it easy to get to Central Phuket. There's a 7-Eleven nearby and many diverse restaurants to choose from close to the hotel. We will definitely stay here again. Everyone on the trip was very impressed.
It was really nice hotel, the only problem is the water pressure is so low and the water is not hot enough for shower. But overall is pretty good and fabulous for staying there. I will definitely book again
A very clean hotel, friendly staff, and getting to the sea without a scooter is out of the question. A very quiet area, unlike any other in Patong.
lots of street food, 7eleven 1 minute
Overall ok. However, we experienced an issue in the bathroom where the floor drain was clogged, resulting in water pooling on bathroom. We hope this can be improve for future guess.
My friend and I stayed here and we were mostly satisfied. The area is on a hill, bordering the lively district and the old town. To get to the lively areas or shops, you have to walk directly on the road as there are no sidewalks. Besides the road, there's nothing else nearby, making it a very quiet place for a relaxing stay. They require a 1000 baht deposit or your passport as collateral. As for the restaurant, it's not a buffet where you can take as much as you want. There's a limited selection of a few dishes, some of which are vegetarian and some regular.
A wonderful hotel. The rooms were clean, and even though our room was by the elevator, it was very quiet and comfortable. Housekeeping was daily. The location isn't the best, but there's a lovely Russian restaurant nearby, and Central Festival mall is relatively close. It's about a 30-minute scooter ride to Patong and Chalong. The staff were very kind and let us store our luggage for free after check-out.
New hotel with some units still under construction. My room was far from the lobby (about a 5 minute walk). But it was nice being able to walk out to the pool (and there is a hammock above the pool). The rooms did not come with hand soap - I was told to use the shower gel. Wifi did not work reliably. There is nothing really around the hotel. Some traditional Thai food stalls around. Almost every other guest was part of a Chinese tour. Breakfast was mediocre (200bahts if breakfast not included in rate). No room service. On site spa was good, though a bit on the expensive side.
Great view from the window, excellent service where all requests are taken into account. The hotel restaurant has affordable prices. The pool is large and clean. Everything was good, except for the location, which is a bit far from everything.
Amazing stay in Phuket! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and relaxing, the pool and its view were beautiful, and the housekeeping service was excellent.
Special thanks to the reception staff: Ninew, Pop, Cartoon, Bally, and Jer for being so kind, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. They truly made the experience even better.
Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again! 🙏🏻✨
We were there early but only able to check in the afternoon. We then left our luggage with the reception and went out, and came back in the evening to check in. We appreciate they were able to look after the luggage while we were out.
We have also rented a bike and was able to have free parking in the hotel.
Toothbrushes and shampoos were not in the toilet, we called the house keeping and they were fast to send it to our room.
Breakfast was not a buffet, we were to order from the menu. The breakfast is really good!
Overall the stay is very nice and comfortable.

If you get a room facing the road, be aware that even with the windows and balcony closed, it won't block out the noise. You'll hear motorcycles very clearly at night. So, if you're sensitive to noise, it's better to opt for rooms facing the opposite direction.
Advantages: There is a kitchen, the refrigerator is relatively large, I bring the induction cooker and the pot, it is convenient to cook by myself. Disadvantages: Far from the beach and the bustling area of Patong. The hotel is on a steep slope, and the poor car skills will feel bad. I am the accelerator pedaling on the bottom. It is too inconvenient if there is no car. Summary: If you have a car to overcome the travel problem, more than 160 prices for cooking yourself is good.
Through my own choices I ended up booking three times for my 5 night stay so I will have 3 reviews I’m assuming.
The first booking is for one night so I will give this review for the first night.
This resort is at a fair price point in my opinion as of when I made my reservations.
Now for the details:
Cleanliness - good but not great. Didn’t have any issues with the bath water like some other posts but did have issues with mosquitoes. The half bath of the one bedroom suite has a serious mosquito issue that I’ve notified them about. Not sure where they were coming in but somewhere in the half bath to the point that I would not go in to use it at all. They allowed me to move to another room for the 2nd night so I’ll write a separate review for that one. In the meantime, if you are given room D-204 please be aware and ask them if they have corrected the mosquito issue in the half bath.
Location - good. I prefer not to sleep in the middle of Patong although it is more convenient to be close to all the stores so this part is good for me especially when the hotel provides a shuttle to Patong. The property is on a hillside so there’s plenty of greeneries but it’s also challenging going up and down the hill when walking to and back from the hotel restaurants and pools.
Service - good. They were accommodating when I asked to move to another room due to the mosquito issue. They were also good to provide hand towels and wash clothes however I’ve never had to ask for any hotel to provide them after checking in. They were expected to be there already.
Amenities - excellent. The hotel provides shuttle to Patong. They have restaurants that are higher but not too overpriced. They have plenty of pools. There’s a spa and a gym onsite. Even an ATM!
I take reviews seriously and don’t do reviews on places that I haven’t used myself at least once and preferably twice. It is intended to help future customers and also for the hotel to correct issues.
Location near Patong, 10 minutes by bike or taxi. There is a market with fruits and food nearby. The hotel itself is not bad, we had a good panoramic view of the mountains. But there is a need for cosmetic repairs, the furniture is all outdated. The windows were all dirty, the bathroom smelled unpleasant. On the ground floor there is a gym, you can work out well, but it turned out to be paid even if you are staying at the hotel.
