Staff and members are really helpful and always smiling. The room are so tidy and I love the bathroom without any mold. Cause I am allergic to mold and dust. Very satisfying for me. ❤️❤️ Of course the view from our view is amazing and the hotel upgrade me to sea view as well. 🤩

Good hotel. Only two drawbacks: 1) Located at a very steep location 2) Doesn’t have lift/elevator hence could be an issue with the elderly traveller. Food is amazing. Staff look a bit dull and boring.

Nice place and nice staff. We loves to stay there. If it should be one littel thing to complain for: propell put their tovels in sunbed early in morning so it could be difficult to find a sunbed with an umbrella after breakfast.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. However, my room was not made available at 2pm (delayed by 1 hour) as stated in the website. And need to improve the cleanliness of the room.

Amazing place to stay. Highly recommend but be prepared to walk on a very steep hills if you don’t have any transportation available.

Not a second time - check in staffs not professional- breakfast definitely not 5 stars-general more of the staff’s not friendly- room dot provide simple amenities- Forget about this hotel go somewhere else ..,,

It is a decent resort and it’s technically in kata/kata noi. The biggest concern is that it’s perched atop a steep hill so if you don’t have a form of transport i.e bike/car, it would be legs days everyday. Getting a grab also proved a challenge and you’ll end up having to negotiate with tuktuk drivers. Housekeeping was subpar as well, conveniently masked as ‘going green’. Also note that, THERE WILL BE MOSQUITOES in the room, it’s south east Asia, I get it, but I’d kill all of them, sleep in peace and after I leave for the day, they’re back despite keeping all doors closed. Go figure. I will say, it’s not all bad, they have a small but pretty decked gym and a great swimming pool with a lawn & a view. The room is huge and comes with a small balcony and I appreciate the free breakfast. Overall, if don’t get your hopes up and you’ll be pleasantly surprised, it is accurately a great 3-star resort or a very tired 4 star resort that requires renewing

Nice hotel. Hotel staff super helpful! Hotel is located on a hill (very steep road), and offers a shuttle to the beach and back. Swimming pool nice and clean, but we barely spent time there. Phuket Smart Bus station is right in front of the hotel.

Nice view of the beach but very poor water pressure and housekeeping. Buffet breakfast is also poor. This property owner does not care to upgrade or hire staff to supervise the workers. When we stayed here, we get the feeling that the owner is not willing to invest to upgrade or ensure quality of the work.
