Hotel with quality rooms and service. Very quiet and safe area. Although breakfast was separate, it was very good when we ordered it. Being a hot area, the pool was also appreciated as well as the laundry. Buses in the area to move to the train to Los Angeles-Hollywood.

The furnitures were not the best but I think they were all good condition.

-$10 a night to park (hotels in this part of Irvine near John Wayne airport all seem to). -No free breakfast. Hotel is pretty clean, in a good/very safe location, and has friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again. There are no ice machines, you have to ask them to get it from their cafe. The outdoor Jacuzzi is a nice size, and the pool area was clean.

Nice location, outdated hotel, it’s okay to stay

The hotel is a bit older. Compared to the same courtyard in Santa Ana, it is a relatively good hotel in Irvine. Breakfast needs to be purchased at an additional cost.

Don't expect too much from an airport hotel. The rooms are old overall. The front desk staff probably gave me a bad room when they saw my Chinese passport. The room I was given was on the roadside, with a parking lot outside the window. I could hear the planes taking off and landing clearly at night. The main function is to facilitate going to the airport. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the airport, which runs about every half an hour. The shuttle bus driver is very good and helps with luggage, which is worth praising.

Everything is good, but the WiFi is too bad, the signal is very bad, I wanted to use my phone, but the signal was so bad that I had to go to bed early. The room phone can't call the front desk.

The bed in the hotel is very comfortable, and the surrounding environment is relatively refreshing. There are several Mexican fast food restaurants. We drove to Dana Point at sunset. It is very beautiful and worth a visit. It takes only 20 minutes from the hotel. It is convenient

This is probably the worst Courtyard by Marriott I've ever stayed in. The facilities are old, the rooms are small, the elevator is slow, and the breakfast is a selective package.

Perfect for a relaxing family outing.

The environment is very good. I have stayed here several times. I like this hotel very much. It is a chain hotel. I will stay here again next time. The hotel is very clean and quiet.

The hotel is good in every aspect. It has typical American service. You have to pay for everything.

2025年6月19號我入住了爾灣韋恩這家酒店。入住時間是下午四點。酒店的設施已經很老舊了，電梯更是古董一般。辦理入住後我進入房間放下行李去洗澡，之後想把一些物品放入床邊的抽屜裏，打開抽屜之後，赫然出現褲衩等衣物在內，隨即聯繫了攜程的工作人員。在長長的等待過後，來了一個酒店工作人員，説給我換到旁邊的房間去。我收拾好行李挪到旁邊的房間，一夜無話。第二天，聽得有人在敲門，打開門是酒店工程部門的人員給房間做煙感檢測，折騰一番之後離去，過了沒多久，又人敲門，打開門一看兩個人其中一人手拿一個小圓桌，説是忘了給這間房間放桌子了……..遂又將桌子放上，酒店衞生質量差，管理也很混亂，工作出現失誤了也不以為然，一副無所謂的態度，再也不會選擇入住這家酒店了。對於攜程，本消費者呼籲，合作的酒店這個狀況，應該知曉並嚴格把控質量，為信任攜程的消費者提供優質的產品。

來回這個酒店大概三次了。感覺還是挺不錯的。前台的服務人員都很nice。還有不錯的寄存服務，要知道有些酒店是不給過夜寄存的。大家要提前問好。泳池的小温泉一定要感受一下，傍晚落日餘暉時去感受很美。
