Treehouse style room which seems to lean to the side. Difficult hill to access then numerous steps. TV not working reception staff just laughed. 10 mins walk bars and restaurants on phi phi. Good view at night

Very basic, functional but no aesthetics. Their neighbors burn plastic daily in the evenings and it stinks. The mosquito net is too small and I got bites all night. There are small openings in that building so you cannot keep them out. Every night until 1a.m. party music from a remote party. Phi Phi is beautiful during daytime but unless you’re in your twenties and want to party, I wouldn’t recommend this island. Overpriced for what you get.

It was a cheap place far from the center but I would say it was stayable but very far would not recommend you to stay here if you have big heavy luggages

I know it’s not the best hotel in Phiphi but still… AC not working, not so clean, no service from staff fix AC, no security or supervision during the night, close to the road and loud motorcycles….

DO NOT BOOK HERE! Absolutely awful place. So unclean and not safe. Refused refund when we had to book elsewhere to stay because it was so bad here. Please do not waste your money and put yourself at risk.

Great peaceful place with great staff, ready to assist you. Good location if you’re looking for quiet surroundings to relax outside of the busy phi phi center. Got some jungle vibes to it as well, which I enjoyed.

The hotel is ok. A bit far from downtown and we need to climb but if you are ready to walk that a quit good hotel

Myself and my boyfriend really enjoyed our stay at Greenhill resort! Very unique concept of the cabins on the hill which we loved. The manager gave us a sea view room which was beautiful. Manager also very helpful with other bookings- his ferry prices to Phuket were cheaper than other places so we booked directly through him☺️ Clean, very friendly helpful staff & nice touch of free tea,coffee,water,toiletries. Would recommend!

I stayed here 10 years ago, and unfortunately it looks like there has been NO up keep since then. The room was basic as can get with no storage for your clothes. And you'll have to pick between Air condition or hot shower, if you decide both the circuit will break. In the 4 days there was no room cleaning or garbage pick up. On the positive side, the water pressure in the bathroom was good, and it was far from the beach so less noisy.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! We arrived at the hotel to check in and we told we had to pay again despite paying online - I showed the man the receipt and he insisted we still needed to pay, after ringing somebody he allowed us to continue checking in without paying twice! The hosts speak very little English and therefore had to keep calling people to translate what they were asking us. Once we arrived at the room after hiking up 60 odd uneven steep steps, we were presented with our room which has cracks in the walls, the door was too small for the frame leaving a big gap at the bottom and the shower had little to no power. Overall the room felt dirty and covered in insects from the cracks and holes in the hut, luckily we were only staying one night otherwise we would have walked out and stayed elsewhere.

If you’re an olympic hiker this is the place to be. The HIKE up to your room will most definitely break a sweat. I feel the rooms could have been a bit cleaner, I know we’re up in the trees but it could have been. The toilet/shower room with 4 bolder of rock was interesting. Also the night treks to and from the room you need to fight off flying bats.

The climb up to the hotel and to the rooms is not convenient (the steps are partially destroyed and very slippery after the rain, there are no railings), the boards have dried out and you can partially see what is below, somewhere the boards have started to rot. Mosquitoes bit right in the room very badly. Cockroach in the room both alive and dead. On the positive side, the staff is friendly, the air conditioner worked, the water was heated. It was raining, it did not drip from the roof, but it was very noisy.
