The room was clean and tidy, beautiful scenery, breakfast is good, staff were helpful and welcoming

The location is nice, away from busy Hangzhou, surrounded by Tea. The Hotel premises is well designed and relaxing. Breakfast is very tasty. Staff friendly to help. Air Conditioning in-room could be better, lower floor cold, upper floor very (uncomfortable for sleeping) hot, bathroom well equipped. Overall a pleasant stay 👍🏼

We got upgraded, the hotel really clean, the toilet have a bidet, spacios room, the view is very beautiful, staff is very nice and helpful, 100% worth it and i will come back.

Special thanks to the lady staff who helped us in many ways, including calling a cab, fixing the afternoon tea etc. without her, the stay would not be pleasant. Honestly, the location is not ideal for our family as calling a cab is very troublesome. Serene environment however it’s very noisy at night after 10pm and crying babies in the next unit and noises coming from the toilet pipes. Breakfast is Chinese style nothing fanciful. It’s unfortunately over-rated for the price range.

The place is very beautifull the hotel vibe is really nice no cap i feel like am in a fantesy the hotel room is clean fr . I dont wanna leave plus they are all very kind and helpfull the hotel also have a tea garden u can have a tea party in !!! . the park/ forest the hotel is in ,passed the vibe check there is alot to discover in the forest insects animals like squerls we deff like squerles ! And rain falls springs all the sigma things , i give mother nature a 10/10. the service of the hotel is (alpha level ) luv from SAUDI ARABIA

A very serene and beautiful homestay nestled in the 九溪 scenic area, away from the usual tourist filled parts of 杭州. Great service by the owner too. Our kids absolutely loved it!

Stayed here initially for one night but extended our stay due to convienient location, lovely room and laid back atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and did everything to help us despite our Chinese not being great. We stayed in a room on the second floor with a large balcony and windows overlooking the mountains. Eventhough the area gets packed with tourists during the day, there are plenty of side paths you can take and hike to enjoy the peace and quiet of the nature and stunning views.

Advantages: The two-bedroom suite is suitable for families and has good privacy; the car can be parked in the courtyard, which is very convenient. Disadvantages: The fence gate of the independent courtyard cannot be closed. Fortunately, it is off-season and no bad people will break in, and the maintenance is not timely; I feel that the staff does not have a todo list. Two of the four bottles of mineral water in the room have been opened. I dare not drink them and just pour them all out and use the ones in my car; the package indicates that the content provided is not in place. It doesn’t matter if small things are leaked, but it makes me worry that the service is not online and uncomfortable, and I suddenly don’t have much trust; the porcelain tableware has a gap, which is still taboo. Suggestions: Butler service still needs to pay more attention to details. Although different preferences may cause the content provided to be abandoned, it is not advisable to let it be used without using it. If you can actively communicate and get feedback, it should be effectively optimized and improved.

Travel during the Spring Festival and avoid the crowds to choose Jiuxi Homestay. The environment is quiet, and soothing music is played in the park, which is very stylish; Jiuxi Road is right outside, and along the way are the tea garden attractions, Jiuxi Waterfall, and Jiuxi Eighteen Streams. The room facilities are well maintained, and the service staff are also nice!

The room was clean and warm, and there was a huge camphor tree in the yard, which was beautiful. The only regret was that there was no coffee or tea for breakfast, only milk and boiled water.

The most expensive accommodation in this trip may be due to high expectations, and the stay experience was slightly disappointing. First of all, the position of the toilet is unreasonably designed. With a height of 1.7 meters, I can no longer close the toilet door while sitting. I have to turn sideways to close it. In addition, I even encountered a clogged toilet problem. Even if I used the toilet paper provided by the hotel, it still caused a clog. There was no sign saying not to throw it in the toilet. When I told the receptionist that the toilet was clogged, he first blamed us for throwing the toilet paper in. I said We didn't know, so we apologized, and then asked if we were going out. We were told that someone would handle it now, but when we came back, it still hadn't been handled. I asked about the progress of the processing on WeChat again but received no reply. I received a call at six o'clock the next morning. Can you just answer my question directly? There is no need to call so early, right? 😂 But I still haven’t received a reply. When I was having breakfast, I went to the counter to ask again. I was told again not to throw toilet paper into the toilet. We had already taken out some of the blocked paper before we could use it. , why would you throw it inside 😂 Because the B&B is located in a scenic area, taxis need to register the license plate number to enter, but there is often no one at the front desk to reply, causing the vehicle to be stranded outside and unable to enter. In addition, the soundproofing effect of the room is not good. When watching TV with friends at night, the volume is only adjusted to 7 or 8, but the next room still complains that it affects the children's rest. We have already tried to lower the volume as much as possible, and we can also hear the children in the next room. The sound of continued crying. The hygienic condition of the room is acceptable, but there are some hairs in the bathtub and the hot water for bathing is not hot enough. It takes a long time to get slightly hotter. The room also has its advantages. The view is nice, the heating is sufficient, and the breakfast tastes pretty good. However, the breakfast is served as a whole plate for one person. It would be better if there are some choices. In summary, it is a very average accommodation experience.

It was a very pleasant trip. The B&B has a beautiful and clean environment, reasonable room facilities, and a very comfortable bed. The lady was very enthusiastic and even gave a free upgrade when she saw that we were bringing the elderly to stay. It is worth recommending.
