Phi Phi Nice Beach Resort Reviews

Great location, good for swimming at the beach and viewing the mountain behind the resort. The service was great - i did a late booking yet they came to offer me a bed despite passing their working hours. Its like 10 min work to the social area and i love the walk in and out cos it helps me to have my 30 min of exercise :). The only issue i had was that i saw a crab in my room one evening but it was okay - harmless. Had a good time relaxing and working.

Prime location and nice cottage rooms. Love it. Though waters are not free in most of the hotels in Thailand.

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I booked this hotel after carefully checking reviews, photos, and the location. Unfortunately, our experience turned out to be a complete disaster. We had reserved two double rooms and were not expecting luxury—just basic, clean, and functional accommodation. Upon check-in, we were shocked to find a broken shower behind the bathroom door, which itself had a damaged frame with rotting wood visibly falling apart. The air conditioning wasn't working either. When I reported these issues to the receptionist, I was told there were no other rooms available unless I paid for an upgrade—so I did, knowing we couldn't stay in those initial rooms. Unfortunately, the upgraded rooms were not much better. While the bathroom door was intact, both rooms had large cockroaches in the bathrooms and bedrooms. There was a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the pipes, and the toilets barely flushed. I have attached a picture of the shower room in the upgraded room We stayed for just two nights and will definitely not be returning. It's a real shame, as the hotel is right in front of the beach and could be so much better if properly maintained.

And the hotel location is nice and it’s perfect for friends or couples.

This hotel is in a great location, only a few minutes walk from the pier and steps away from the beach. Everything was nice, we enjoyed our stay there.

Our stay at the Phi Phi resort was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that made us feel instantly at home. The resort is beautifully nestled along the shoreline, offering breathtaking views of turquoise waters and lush tropical surroundings.

Very good location and nice view,perfect room for solo . I hope to visit here again as soon as possible

The room wasn’t bad considering the price and the view of the area ,but the mattress was a Little hard,there was a problem with the toilet flush but we called them and they fixed it ,there was a safe that we could put our belongings in but it wasn’t working , the staff were okay and you get two bottles of water every day in the morning ,the area had alot of mosquitoes though so the spray is a must at least 30 mins before entering and do not open the door unless u have to espacially at night as many of them will come inside

The front beach bungalow is the best! I recommend! The room is good, but the toilet have some issues about water flow. It’s old furniture but it fine. The staff is good, they are friendly to Thai people. It’s near the private pier (Arisa group) and nice bar!

Just located at the beach at a very low price a little far to main city but the beach just outside the doorstep.

For the price very fair, but don’t expect nothing fancy. It’s pretty clean tho and the location is very good

BEWARE! building site next door, 7am till 8pm. Very loud. 2 night stay checked out after the first night, money returned. To be fair, the hotel apologised and returned my fee. Bungalows beware the rooms around the back, damp, damaged, very small. I've stayed in bigger backpackers stays! You've been warned ⚠️.

Great place to stay for the price. Nice beach right in front of the hotel and close to the pier, but far enough away to keep it quiet. Other reviews said there was no hot water, but my hot water worked perfectly. The hotel was a little difficult to get in touch with. We wanted someone to meet us at the pier to help get our luggage to the hotel (a service they offer), but couldn't contact them to schedule it. We tried email, whatsapp, calling, and even had Trip try to contact them for us with no luck. Luckily the hotel is only a 10-15 minute walk from the pier so it wasn't too bad.

Nice basic hotel. 10 sec from the beach. Big beds and big bathrooms but the water doesnt run away good. 7/11 and stores 15 min walking.
