Very good location. Walkable distance to printemps / galerie Lafeyette. BAD points: no kettle in the room but was offered to get hot water at the lobby. Room was huge but it’s a very very old building. They need to refurbish it.

Very bad experience. I don't know if it is discrimination. There is no kettle in the hotel room. You can go downstairs to pour water. On the first day of check-in, the black guy at the front desk told me where I could pour water downstairs and told me clearly that I could go anytime 24 hours a day without telling any staff and go by myself (confirmed again and again). Everything was normal on the second day. On the third morning when I left, the front desk whistled and stopped me (very rude and impatient). They asked me to hand over the room card and said that I had to hand in the room card to pour hot water every time I left. I had to tell him (a white man). He also asked me if I knew English. This is the first time I have encountered a hotel where I can only leave after handing in the room card.

The hotel is very well located, it is less than 1 minute from the metro, the cleanliness is very good and the employees are very friendly. I recommend it!

HOTEL very well located in the 9th - staying on the 6th floor, we had no noise. Spacious room, clean, very good bedding. Everything was impeccable.

Don't stay here. It's very bad. The room is very small and stuffy. They won't change rooms if they are available. Chinese people don't stay here.

The room was very small. I could hear the people next to me until late at night, which was annoying. The good points are that it's close to the station, close to famous tourist spots, and the people at the hotel are friendly and very kind. Breakfast is highly recommended. I think it was good for the price.

I was upset because I couldn't leave my luggage there. The staff are friendly. The room is narrow, so there is not much space to unfold your suitcase. Very narrow.
