Saigon Mui Ne Resort Reviews

The hotel is very good location. A lot of restaurants and massage stores around here. The breakfast not too much to choose. They have a tea and coffee free after 3:00pm.

I have a nice holidays here with my family. The location is good and the is clean. The staffs are friendly they welcome us with a big smile and welcome drink. Buffet breakfast is good. Very big sandbag have been put on the beach to protect the sand from washing away so not that easy to access the sea.

Beautiful & green resort, good F&B service from staff at restaurant nearby the pool & beachfront , careful pool attendants. Breakfast is variety of choices, service staff is not actively clean my table, just standby at the corner supervising around with doing nothing, I have had brought used tablewares to him/her several times, unfortunately and badly they all ignore my action without improving :( Check out is very slow at noon time with very hot lobby, should set up some electrical fans.

Location of hotel is great, at the center of Muine. The hotel room is cozy but equipment is not new, it''s normal because this hotel is one of first hotels in Mui Ne (maybe 15-20 years ago). Hotel has restaurant, pools and massage/spa inside, but it''s just at the acceptable level. The beach in front of hotel is not so well reserved, 1/2 of it was disappeared due to the sea level. So there's many hotel options in Mui Ne to choose, but you''re too tired to choose one, maybe Saigon Muine is a simple option in term of location and standard services.

Nice resort with a private beach. Amazing breakfast. Clean and spacious room with strong AC and good wifi.

Very beautiful

The staff is not friendly and the service is bad, not supportive and helping when traveling. Hotel is old and many bugs and ants in the room. No towel is provided at the pool and getting a bike from reception is a nightmare…

Misleading. They have two locations: one is beachfront and one has no beach. They use the same name to cheat travelers who have no experience. I almost call the police before they change the room and charge usd 25 more. My kid is 6 year old, eating almost nothing but they charged usd 12 for breakfast while other resorts I stayed charge nothing.

High class hotel with friendly and attentive reception staff and beautiful scenery

The hotel's beautiful scenery, delicious food, warm climate in Vietnam, and considerate service make it a great choice for leisure and relaxation. The highway from Ho Chi Minh to Mui Ne has been opened, and it only takes three hours to get there from the airport. The wind is strong and the waves are big, making it a great choice for surfing. There are seafood and barbecue restaurants around, so you can choose whatever you want.

We have been to other Southeast Asian countries and have never encountered such thoughtfulness. My father's birthday was on that day, so when we went to the lobby for breakfast in the morning, the waiter specially led us to the best seat by the sea, decorated it thoughtfully, and gave us a birthday cake with birthday wishes, which was a special surprise for us. From this small detail, we can see that the hotel has taken the trouble. Thank you very much for the little surprise the hotel gave us. It is worth staying at this hotel, and the service is also very good. They also helped us book a luxury bus from Mui Ne to Ho Chi Minh. We almost couldn't take the bus because I booked it on KLOOK. The order has been pending confirmation. It was the front desk who helped us call for consultation. Thank you very much!
