came here for enhypen’s concert at rajamangala, i thoroughly enjoyed everything that was offered! however, during the first night, our floor (9th floor) reeked of durians (or something that smelled super bad, we almost threw up). hope you can install better ventilation or fragrance on every floors. the rest, ok! i loved my trip. super easy to find grab as well. downside is, its quite far from the city.

This was our first time staying at Al Meroz Hotel, and it truly exceeded our expectations. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and from the moment we arrived, the experience was outstanding. All the staff, regardless of their roles, were consistently friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful. Their sincere customer service made us feel genuinely valued. They went the extra mile to recommend shopping destinations, gave helpful tips on which malls to visit, and even advised us on the best timing to explore Chatuchak Market — a thoughtful touch for first-time visitors like us. As a leading halal hotel in Bangkok, Al Meroz is both convenient and comfortable for Muslim travelers. One gesture that really touched us was when the hotel prepared bento breakfast sets for us to bring to the airport due to our early morning flight change (from 17:50 to 07:45). It may seem small, but it meant a lot to us. We truly appreciated the hospitality and thoughtful service throughout our stay. I’ll definitely be recommending Al Meroz Hotel to family and friends. A wonderful experience!

Travelled to Bangkok for a business trip. Found this hotel with halal breakfast and saw that there are many good halal restaurants nearby. Very convenient for Muslim travelers. 20-30 mins car ride to town as well. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Some are fluent in English and even the Malay language. Had a wonderful stay.

Muslim Friendly. Food is Halal. Staff very nice & friendly. Room is big & clean. Breakfast also delicious.

Everything is good except for the toilet upkeep & maintenance.

It has been a horrible experience staying at this hotel. When we checked in at the hotel on 5th Feb 2025 at room 916, there was no tv for at least one and half days. There were no toothbrush and slippers provided at the hotel room. The bedsheet was so dirty that the housekeeper even came to change the bedsheet, which means the bedsheet was not changed properly. This is by far the worst hotel we stayed. Other guests who were next to us had kids screaming and shouting in the morning, which we had to call the reception. But, the hotel takes the guests for granted. It has been a very unpleasant experience overall. The night manager Ms Chanchida told us to complain and offered us no solutions and did not even offer to help. She kept saying she could explain but refused to apologise for such appalling service. We stayed altogether 6 nights. But, attitude of the night manager Ms Chanchida was bad, unfriendly and unprofessional

Clean and neat, good price. Close to a bus stop. Helpful staff. Not many choices of restaurant near by.
