Pet friendly Hotels San Juan

This was the perfect hotel for my first visit to San Juan, and I can't wait to return. Me & my mom came to celebrate my moms Birthday. And mentioning it doing check in, we were given a couple of Birthday drinks to redeem before we left the hotel to celebrate the occasion. Thanks Sylviani & Sabilya. Awesome & Professional at all times! The staff treated us well. I liked the fact that the hotel provided shuttle service to and from Old San Juan & to one of the close by beaches. Our view from the 5th floor was great also. We could see the pool & the water fountain across the street. They were both beautiful with the different colored lights at night The location was great, and a lot of things to do within walking distance. T-Mobile district was a 2 minute walk. ******, 5 minute walk. Make sure you get pictures in front of the I love PR sign that's close by. Thanks again and hope to see you soon!

Very good hotel with rooftop pool, free bar drinks, rooms with balconies and large, hotel services are also very good and the location of this hotel is very prosperous

It was an excellent hotel. The front desk staff was extremely helpful—a special thanks to Alejandra and also to a young guy (how I wish I would remember his name) at the concierge desk- who made my trip memorable by guiding me to do some fun things on this short trip.

The staff were more than helpful, from the second we walked in Lewis immediately greeted us with drinks (free open bar) and gave us great tips on how to start our vacation. Also the communication between staff was top notch! I will most definitely be staying here again when I visit back.

One of the reason we booked your hotel is that we called the customer service and they told us you could keep our luggage for more than one day. However, you didn’t do that. We have four 28 inch suitcases and we need to find another place to keep them even though we have reservation again after two days. That was a terrible experience!

The second hotel of choice for San Juan, Hyatt Place is a business hotel across the street. Closer to the Old Town of San Juan, less than ten minutes by car. There are not many places to eat around the hotel, but there is a big WalMart in a six or seven minute drive. The room has a kitchenette, tableware and pots, and condiments are simple in configuration. The hotel is relatively new, the environment is not large and delicate, the swimming pool is relatively small behind the hotel, other entertainment gyms, and game rooms are also available. Parking is relatively large, around $ 16 a night. Good breakfast, although not many varieties, but clean. The overall cost is relatively expensive, and various taxes are equivalent to about 3500 a night when checking out, which is not cost-effective.

This was the best experience, as a local tourist, with hilton in Puerto Rico. This hotel is in old San Juan and has an infinity pool and bar at the rooftop with incredible views. Rooms are super clean and everybody from Andrea and her team at the front desk to the housekeeping lady, were very nice and brought us chocolates and water. My family and I felt very welcome. We were celebrating my son's birthday and everybody was greeting him. At the Consular Restaurant, Kiara, provide us with the best service, food was delicious and the food came quickly. Kiara has the best attitude and her smile is contagious.

Me and my husband arrived late at night. At the front desk we were welcomed by Melendez. He was very nice and helpful. He gave us some tips on places to visit, stores near by. Explained everything about the room services and helped with the reservation for the rooftop bar Eter. The room was very clean. Very comfortable bed. Great TV and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. One of the best things was free breakfast every morning. Plenty of options to choose from. And they always bring it to the room on time. The rooftop bar Eter has an amazing view. Drinks are delicious and bartenders are great! It's better to make a reservation a day prior, because they are pretty busy. Overall our experience was great. Wonderful service, the location is not too far from T-Mobile district, a lot of restaurants and bars, and 20 minutes away from the beach if you're walking.

My partner and I just got back from a lovely stay at Dreamcatcher and I'm already missing the lush greenery and gorgeous rooms. They're currently renovating some of the rooms and communal spaces at this hotel, which didn't really impact our stay, but I imagine will be even better once they're finished. 10/10 would recommend to anyone thinking of staying here or at any of the DW properties! What we loved: - The personal touches and attention to detail - Perfect balance of comfort/nature, luxury/personality, privacy/community - Unpretentious but clear communication and hospitality - Super clean but not sterile like other hotels - Extremely close to the beach. I'm talking 2 blocks! And they lend you beach chairs and towels - The constant scent of incense and nighttime coquis...need I say more? - A truly inclusive feel Room for improvement: - For the rooms with outdoor bathrooms and outdoor communal areas, maybe something to keep the mosquitoes away - A pair of slippers would've really elevated the experience — especially since our room involved walking inside/outside constantly and we didn't want to track any dirt or water - Maybe I missed this in the communications, but making it more clear that the hotel is situated in a gated community. It's a great perk, but makes entering by car after hours slightly more complicated Honestly thinking of planning my next trip to PR just so I can stay at this hotel again. This cozy hotel is like a second home! It is a fiver minute walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches on Puerto Rico! The hotel staff is INCREDIBLE!!!! Jessica you is warm hearted, caring, resourceful. Jessica is always ready to elevate the guests experience. By the end out of the trip Jessica feels Iike family. I miss her daily smiling face and upbeat energy already!! Pedro, Alex, and all the housekeeping staff were so accommodating. Tropica made my visit beyond amazing! The pool was quaint clean and relaxing, the rooms were clean, super comfortable and quiet! I can’t wait to go back… Tropica will ALWAYS be my home away from home!!!
