Even if you cut the phone without permission or take a confirmation of this matter and tell me what kind of response to the future, there is no contact even after １ hours. I can't connect to the manager again. It's impossible to be a manager. If I didn't contact you from here, I would never contact you, and I thought that I didn't solve it at all, and I was afraid of the dishonest attitude. I think I was struggling between the manager of the stance that received the cancellation fee as prescribed for whatever reason and the staff who tried to refund me with sympathy. Well, I first said that I would not take a cancellation fee. I appreciate that you responded to the refund, but the process until then was gudaghda, dishonest and surprised. I think it's good to stay for those who don't complain even if anything happens, but I think it's better to choose a different hotel.

Bushi or Samurai is a great local guide who runs Irodori, he is a gold mine of info about Kamakura and Japan in general, I highly recommend taking one of his tours. Bushi guided me around the mountains of Kamakura and on the Shogun tour, both well worth the money as you get a deeper experience than you will get by yourself. We also went to see a 24th generation sword smith, which was simply amazing. Irodori is not a fancy guest house, its simple, but its clean and most importantly for me, its authentic Japan.
