Kamakura Hotels with Bars

Though not in the busiest tourist areas, the location of this hotel is at the heart of Kamakura with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel design is very stylish and new. The hotel does not have a carpark or drop off areas, therefore it can get a little inconvenient if you are going by your own car. The staff gave information about the closest overnight parking which is very helpful because parking in Kamakura is very expensive. For the room, it was quite disappointing. Though I already know about the room size and that the facilities is limited (no TV), when I actually entered the room, I find the lighting is insufficient as well. There was only a very dim ceiling light in the room, I had to turn on the mirror light and bring over the table light to the nightstand side to have slightly better lighting. The amenties were to be collected at the lobby so it was okay. However, the room only provides kettle and 2 bottles of water, there was no tea bag or coffee whatsoever. About the bathroom: the towels were placed inside a wire basket which is placed directly on the floor, and that makes me feel very concerned for its hygiene. There is a restaurant/bar and shop on the lobby floor. While I enjoyed the shop very much, I think it would be nice if the staff could introduces us to what the restaurant/bar offers (to supplement for the lack of tea bags / coffee in the room). Generally speaking, it gives me a feeling that the hotel is a budget hotel branded as a boutique hotel. At this price, there are far better choices in Kamakura.

An old Japanese hotel with almost no foreign guests. The service staff are very friendly and polite. When we checked out, the hotel manager helped us carry our luggage👍. The breakfast is a set meal. Although there are not many types, they are all freshly made, especially the bread baked in the morning, which is irresistible to me. I will stay here again next time😊

離地鐵站非常近，巨方便！床的設定很有日式風格，同時比地板高一點，相比那種直接鋪地面的日式床令人感覺更好！衞生間面積很大很乾凈！早餐很讓人難忘，很有儀式感！服務人員很耐心，特別是巴西小哥，英語日語都很溜，態度親切，溝通能力滿分！下次有機會去鎌倉還會再來！

非常好的旅店！強烈推薦！在居民區裏靠近海岸，很安靜（有23：00熄燈的規定，但對我而言完全可以接受），氛圍復古有格調，讓人感到很舒適。公共區域有多種茶和咖啡可供選擇。工作人員（可以這樣稱呼嗎？）的英語不錯，而且非常友善。在早晨，一位工作人員耐心的教我如何用公共區域的工具製作一杯手衝咖啡。牀鋪的空間並不大，但也並不侷促，睡的很舒服。和同住的房客們交流也非常令人愉快。旅店還提供租單車的服務，可以一路向南騎往逗子游覽。不過並不提供免費的毛巾和洗漱用具，這可能是需要注意的地方。 總而言之，這裏給我留下的深刻的印象。如果您想避開遊客，尋找一個可以安静又感受當地社區氛圍的旅舍，請一定要考慮這裏！

It's easy to find your way from the station, and it's not that far. The price was very reasonable, so it was better than a hotel. The blanket is very soft and the best👍🏻 I almost suffered from otitis media on the first day, but thanks to the pharmacy and the closing time, I was able to buy medicine on time. Otherwise, my condition would have been bad until the next day and my trip would have been ruined^^ It is also possible to rent a bicycle, so I enjoyed a leisurely trip to the vicinity of Enoshima without having to use the Enoden Free Pass. Nice place and you should try if you wanna use the fair price with appropriate facilities. It locate near the beach, Kokuto-in and others.

It's really close to the station and there's a convenience store nearby. But the bathroom space is really a bit too small, and there are no shelves to store things, which is not very convenient. In addition, the hair dryer is also broken and cannot blow hot air out😥

Enjoyed this hostel a lot! A had a separate room, stayed only for one night to explore Kamakura. I had everything needed in the room, the staff was very friendly, and the room was clean. It’s 10 minutes from the station, 20 minutes from the bay. The price is perfect for such location, I would choose this hostel again if I come to Kamakura.
