"Conveniently located around many restaurants and attraction sites. It's old , rustic and got a charm, but definitely a backpacker experience for those who may see if the pictures may mean a host/bnb home. Overall I enjoyed it a fair amount! Did hikes and close walk to the sea too!"

"Everything was good. The location is right next to the beach and not far from Enoshima Island. However, large towels aren't included. There's a lot of noise from the road, and you can hear the neighbors clearly. The bed creaks, too, haha. Other than that, everything else was fine. It's okay for a one-night stay."

"The location of the hotel is good. It's not far from Eno Tram Station in one block, but it's a little bit away from JR Kamakura Station. I live in a Japanese-style Kiri room on the second floor. "The self-check-in process is truly terrible; everyone complains about it, but they refuse to improve. They could provide clearer instructions and passwords via email. If there's a language barrier, they could establish immediate text communication. The email could also inform guests in advance about communication tools they might need to download, like Facebook. There are many solutions, but they just don't care. It really shames the Japanese reputation for meticulousness and continuous improvement. On the positive side: the location is excellent, and the interior is very clean. On the negative side: the ventilation is extremely poor, and the air quality in the room is bad."
