We booked two rooms and both were perfect. Such a beautiful view! We were welcomed and made to feel like family. The hotel operators took care of all our needs. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was a great choice for a stopover, considering the price. The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Although it was newly opened, it smelled of formaldehyde, and the sewers emitted a foul odor. The window could be opened, but it faced a commercial building with less than two meters between buildings, making it no different from a room with the window facing the corridor. What's even more infuriating is the receptionist's series of lies. She initially said my room was only available on the 3rd floor, but when I showed her my Ctrip booking, which clearly listed floors 2-8, she immediately changed her story, saying there were no rooms available on those floors. Then she said she'd arrange a quiet room facing the complex, but it turned out to face a wall of commercial buildings with less than two meters between them. I could still hear cars on the street at night because the windows couldn't be closed properly. The parking lot was a nearby public parking lot, which required driving through a very narrow alley.

Arrived at the hotel around 9 PM on the first day. The staff was very welcoming, quickly gave us some local food recommendations, and checked us in efficiently. The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked great. We checked out the next day after switching rooms.

A friend recommended this place and I stayed here for over a week. It was really good. The location is very good, the transportation is very convenient, the price is affordable, it is comfortable and clean, the room is very cozy, the service attitude is super good, the girl at the front desk is very pretty, the network is very stable, and there is no lag when playing CSGO. I highly recommend it.

I requested a 'quiet' room and was given one at the back of the hotel (with no common walls). This was perfect for me as I dislike street noise and noisy neighbours! The room was good, and the cleaning staff very attentive. The staff were very helpful to me; especially Miss Liu Xun Shuang. I would like to stay there again.

The room is very good, similar to the description, the size is also suitable. Booking also called to communicate with the room, the service is still very good, nearby is the food street, eating, travel, taxi is very convenient. No photos, the room is OK, very satisfied, next time I go to book. The front desk lady answered the phone and stayed in the room. I considered it together and arranged it on a floor. I was very satisfied.

The service was their strongest attribute. Both members of reception and the cleaning lady were notably good. The room is comfortable. My main issue was the location. It was extremely loud and the sound went right through the walls. For 12 hours a day I could hear construction drilling from my room. Regardless, I would not mind to stay here again. A good experience overall.

The service is warm and the parking is convenient. It’s right by the river. If the weather is nice, you can walk along the river. There are a lot of food and convenience stores around. It’s a great experience 👍! !
