The front desk staff who checked us in were very welcoming and assisted us throughout our stay via WeChat. Overall, it was a great experience."

"The platform next to the first-floor swimming pool should offer views of the evening fireworks and drone show. I rented a really authentic Miao ethnic costume from the hotel for photos, which was great. Inside the village, I tried making floral paper and tie-dyeing, but it was too hot during the day, so I'd recommend doing those activities in the evening. When checking out, the concierge can arrange a taxi to the ticket center."

"The high-floor room facing north offered a view of the main attractions, but the soundproofing was really poor. The room decor wasn't to my taste, though it was generally acceptable. The wontons I ordered for a late-night snack were quite bad."

JIANGUO HOTEL ZUNYI
"The hotel is beautiful, from the exterior to the lobby, elevators, rooms, and breakfast restaurant; it feels better than the Yuzhou Hotel. I was given a room on the 5th floor of the West Garden. The air conditioning in the first room wasn't working, but it was incredibly hot that day, and the balcony door wouldn't close properly, letting in a crack. I called the front desk, and they said they'd send a colleague over. They arrived 15 minutes later and managed to close the balcony door with great effort, but the air conditioning problem remained. They then said they'd send an engineer. I simply asked them to change my room, and they agreed, but I'd have to come to the front desk myself to get a new room key. It took half an hour to finally check in. With such high-end decor, I thought the front desk would immediately send a colleague to deliver a new room key to my room after my first call. It's not as good as some other hotels. The air conditioning stopped working late at night, waking me up from the heat and keeping me awake all night. The room was 32 degrees Celsius, and I had to take two showers. With such high-end decor, I assumed the gym was open 24 hours, but it turns out it closes at 10 PM, and 8:30 PM on holidays. When I booked through Ctrip, they said they'd include a minibar, but when I asked, they said they don't offer minibars. They really need to improve their service; otherwise, how can they justify the hotel's decor?"

"This stay was exceptionally warm; the hotel thoughtfully prepared hawthorn and jujube water for its guests. I initially thought it would be just a typical Chinese breakfast, but upon arriving at the restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of dishes and choices. At check-out, the front desk even thoughtfully provided a gift bag – the attention to detail was impeccable and made me feel incredibly welcome."

The front desk staff was warm and friendly, the check-in efficiency was very high, and the whole process was patiently answered. The rooms are clean and tidy, the layout is reasonable, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and it is especially safe to sleep. The room is well lit and ventilated, the bathroom facilities are complete, the hot water supply is stable, and the quality of toiletries is also online. The public areas are spotless and the environment is quiet and elegant. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes homely and delicious. The overall service is meticulous and thoughtful, the price is beyond expectations, whether it is travel or living is very suitable, I will choose here next time, and I really recommend it to everyone!"

The sour soup hotpot next door is quite delicious. The hotel also has a lovely little garden at the entrance where you can sit and relax in the afternoon. Getting a taxi from the hotel entrance is very easy. I recommend staying here, and I'll definitely come back next time! [愉快][玫瑰]"
