**Facilities:** The hotel seems to have been recently renovated, as all the facilities are brand new. The room was very spacious and even had a smart AI assistant. They provide three meals a day, so you don't even need to go out for food, and they offer free laundry service.
**Hygiene:** Very clean, with thoughtful little amenities like disinfectant wipes and toilet seat covers.
**Environment:** Great location, with plenty of restaurants nearby and convenient access to anywhere you want to go.

"The hotel wasn't far from the conference venue, and I expected it to be decent for the price, except for the slightly long parking lot. However, they offered to pick me up and drop me off with my luggage, and breakfast was included. The value for money and overall experience were excellent; it was truly great. The front desk sister is very warm and thoughtful and feels at home.
The room was clean and fully furnished. The service staff is polite.
The breakfast type is not bad, the law is quite satisfactory, the dining environment is clean and tidy, and the taste is still good.
The shower room water is very good. Convenient transportation.
I went to the Zunyi Conference site (the main building is under maintenance), and I saw the ”Great turn”, which was very beautiful and shocking.

The front desk service was excellent, and the young men at the reception desk proactively helped us with our luggage to the room and gave us a quick overview of the hotel. The room itself was clean and tidy, with a lovely traditional Chinese aesthetic. The hotel isn't far from the main scenic area, and the surrounding environment right outside is also very pleasant. The only minor drawback is that the breakfast restaurant is a bit out of the way; there are many stairs if you go through the interior, or a ramp outside which avoids the stairs. For elderly guests, I'd recommend taking the outdoor ramp. On our departure day, I forgot some items I'd left at the front desk, but thankfully, the reception called promptly to remind me. When I went back to collect them, it started pouring rain, and one of the young men from the front desk even walked me to the scenic area shuttle bus with an umbrella. So grateful! This was a truly excellent stay.

GGuest UserThere are no regular towels, only disposable ones. The air conditioning turns off automatically and you cannot set the temperature, which is terrible in a subtropical city. In addition, there is a lot of noise coming from the street. The windows do not block out the outside noise. Moreover, in our particular case, we spent almost 40 minutes checking in because they couldn’t find our reservation. Afterwards, there were more problems because their system didn’t accept names in Latin characters. The worst part was that we were left waiting at the entrance the whole time. To top it all off, the next day they forgot to give us the slip that proved we were entitled to the breakfast we had already paid for.

GGuest UserSo glad we chose this guesthouse for New Year's Eve! There wasn't much open in Zunyi city, and the owner here actually invited all the guests to a reunion dinner – so incredibly welcoming. The room was great too, with a large balcony that offered a view of most of the festivities. If you don't want to be in the thick of the crowd, watching the 'iron flower' show from the room actually gives you a better view. The room had a heater, so it was super warm in winter. Coming back to a cozy room after freezing outside at the show was fantastic. The hygiene was excellent, on par with Hanting or Atour. We also had the sour fish soup in the guesthouse the next day; it was a generous portion and not expensive at all. Highly recommend staying here!

Furthermore, the hotel offers convenient access to Xinpu New Area, easily accessible by car or taxi. XXteroThe owner of this 民宿 will never understand how grateful i was for her help. I came for 1 night and stayed for 3 due to a series of misfortunes. When i arrived i had forgot my passport in the previous city i stayed 200kms away. The owner calmly checked me in anyways and coordinated with my previous hotel to retrieve my passport. Later that day i got heatstroke and i fell down a flight of stairs really hurting my tailbone, the owner gave me medicine and checked up on me. My passport arrived in the morning and i was feeling a bit better. Then my phone got wet and broke. The Owner helped me find a shop to repair my phone and finally after 3 days, i was able to leave. Being a foreigner lost without passport or money or GPS is very scary. The owner helped keep me safe and calm. I’ll never ever forget her considerate and caring presence. Thank you forever!

The hotel's facilities are indeed old. The faucet of the sink is swayed over and can't be fixed. The reel shelf for toilet paper is rotten directly. It is good to put toilet paper on the toilet. The ground is floor tiles, wet, slippery, easy to slip, this must be paid attention to, especially the elderly slippery is a fracture. To be honest, more than 1,000 room rates, if you look at the room facilities, I think it is worth more than 200! You need to take a car to go to the core scenic area. We booked Building 2. In the early morning, when we opened the window on the balcony, we were surrounded by green trees and the chirping of birds. The hotel service is very good. You can get free tickets, free shuttle bus, and free parking fees. The staff also helps to check in your luggage. Special thanks to the front desk of the hotel. Because the family brought a lot of things with them on a family trip, a bag of the child's things fell in the lobby. It was only when I went to bed at night that I remembered that there was a tablet in it. I hurriedly went to the lobby to look for it. I didn't expect to find it, but I didn't expect it. The staff has picked it up and placed it at the front desk. Just for this reason, this scenic spot is worth visiting again.
