Pet friendly Hotels Zhangjiajie

We spent 3 nights in this hotel. The rooms are very price-friendly, spacious and clean. When we arrived on our first day we received a warm welcome from Fang Fang. She helped us during our whole stay in Zhangjiajie with planning all our trips to the Tianmen, national forest, Grand Canyon & Qixing Mountain. She made everything so easy for us and was always available to help. Her personal maps of the parks with her personalized routes are the best and very easy to follow. Nothing was too much for her, we never had such a great experience before. She also introduced us to her sister Xing, who also made sure that we had the best time ever during our stay. I can recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to enjoy Zhangjiajie. A big thank you to Fang Fang, Xing & Dong Dong for everything, we will never forget you. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Rooftop Hotel with Breathtaking Views! Staying at this rooftop hotel was an unforgettable experience! The stunning views of Tianman Mountain from my room were absolutely mesmerizing—waking up to such beauty in morning was a dream. Plus, watching planes take off and land at the nearby airport added a unique charm. The room was spacious, clean, and perfectly positioned to maximize the panoramic scenery. Whether sipping coffee at sunrise or relaxing at sunset, the vista never disappointed. The mattress was absolutely a bit hard for my liking, but overall, 99% loved the room. The combination of mountain serenity and airport energy made this stay truly special. I love the street food, and everything was written within walking distance. And unforgettable experience Wish I had more time to stay but I have to return to Canada, Unfortunatel.y😊 Highly recommend for anyone seeking a hotel with unbeatable views and a memorable experience!

The owner is such a nice gentleman. His sincerity, thoughtfulness and willingness to help really made all the difference between a very good stay vs a superb stay. Others places we have stayed might offer similar hardware ie very comfortable and clean stay but the owner is a seasoned tour guide so he helped design our daily itinerary according to what we could do or did not get to do the day before. He also got us discounted tickets to the different places and activities we went/did. His advice, combined with the off peaked season translated to no time wasted on queuing at all within the National Park during our 4 days visit to the park. We had a blast! At the Grand Canyon, my 11 and 7 year old did the Fei La Da cliff-side walking activity and it was so fun for them. We highly recommend it. And if you were to buy tickets directly with the owner of the hotel it’s discounted too. The room is cleaned daily and our good quality towels are changed daily. Bathroom is spacious and clean. There’s two common washing machines available to use for free with the laundry detergent / powder provided and laundry can be hung at their covered terrace. We travelled light so this was most helpful too. We 200% recommend this hotel and give it 6 stars for the value it offered at the price point. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The most satisfactory hotel in Zhangjiajie. The service at the east gate of the scenic spot was very enthusiastic. They called us in advance to help us arrange the tour route of the scenic spot. They provided great help to our family and arranged car pick-up for us. They also ordered tickets for the scenic spot. They were very considerate, with a good environment, complete facilities, and clean hygiene. Their hot water facilities were very stable and the water supply was sufficient. It was very comfortable to take a hot bath.

This hotel location is amazing as it's only a few steps away from the bus coming from ZJJ Central railway station. Being at Wulingyuan it's easy walking distance everywhere. Also the breakfast is delicious with lots of local cuisine! The service is excellent as well. Truly value for money

This stay was beyond my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the staff provided smiling service throughout the whole process, took the initiative to help with luggage and introduce the surroundings, and showed professionalism and enthusiasm in every detail. The room is simple yet stylish, with complete smart devices, clean and fluffy bedding, separate wet and dry bathrooms, rich Chinese and Western breakfasts, and freshly made coffee! The surrounding transportation is convenient, and it is convenient for shopping and eating. It is very cost-effective and is definitely a treasure choice for travel accommodation. I will come again without hesitation next time!

Stayed here for 2 days with my family. The boss upgraded the room for us, and the experience was very good. It's not far from the East Gate of the Forest Park (the landmark gate), about 20 minutes' walk or a few minutes by taxi. It's located in the middle of the main street, and it's very convenient to eat downstairs. The street is very lively at night, and I borrowed the boss's electric donkey to stroll around the street at night. The room is clean and comfortable, with a stream outside the window. The boss helped plan the route to the Forest Park and gave me a refrigerator magnet. I highly recommend it and feel free to stay!

Mixed feelings on this hotel. The services provided by the proprietor was superb. But the front desk lady who assist in our expedition booking was unprofessional, or should I say lazy. Anyway, the proprietor has make it up and delighted us in many ways. Nostalgic ambience, decent room facilities, average breakfast and acceptable overall hospitality. There’s restaurants and groceries within walking distance. Offers free pick-up and drop-off when arranged.

The room is very nice and unique. The boss is very nice. I also borrowed the computer at the front desk and they also helped store our luggage. I will recommend it to my friends if they need it in the future. The place where I live is very close to the National Forest Park. It only takes 10 minutes to walk there. There are many restaurants nearby. Some of them are in cooperation with the boss and can get discounts. The boss will help buy tickets. It is very affordable. In short, it is very good.

First of all, this is my second time in zhangjiajie, and this service was the best. The lady from the reception helped us book all tickets to the national park and the tianmen mountain and even took the time to plan a custom itinerary with us. This was the best service I've seen so far. She is also always available on WeChat if questions during our stay arose. The room was really spacious and clean. Unfortunately the door lock didn't work, but you can open it only with the room card anyway. The room was cleaned everyday and bed sheets were made too. We also got fresh water bottles daily (high quality ones). The room features a tea set including dried tee to make traditional gongfu tea, which was awesome. During the night, if you are a light sleeper, better get some ear protection since the street in front of the hotel can be loud at times. But the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was really big. I loved the rain shower and the big bathtub. The tap of the tub was damaged which was a little inconvenient. The room also features coat hangers to dry clothes, since the hotel also provides a laundry room with clean and powerful washing machines (which saved us honestly haha). The rain shower is amazing, the temperature was also great. A little downside was that the shower gel was empty, which can easily be requested for refills (we used our own). Apart from that we got vanity kits, tooth brush kits and so on. The hotel's location is amazing. To the tianmen cable car it's a 5 min Didi ride (2 km). To the national park it's 30 min by Didi. There are many restaurants and shops, a pharmacy and supermarket in the vicinity (5 min by foot). And each time we returned, they treated us to tea! I can really recommend this stay and will definitely book it again when I come to zhangjiajie again.
