The owner is incredibly honest and even picked us up in his car. My family and I are all a bit of a germaphobe, but this place was perfect for us! The rooms and bathrooms were spotless. However, the view from the window of the room I booked wasn't great, so if that bothers you, think twice. But for me, it didn't matter since we were out exploring during the day anyway. The breakfast was really good. A bowl of rice noodles every day was so delicious! We didn't have to go out to eat, and no matter what time we got up, the owner would still make it for us without ever asking. The owner is also very generous, constantly offering fruit and snacks, even if you don't want them. He tells you which roads are easy to navigate and which places to avoid before you go out, and you can listen without question. It's so sweet! In short, I would recommend this place to everyone!!!

The room was clean and tidy, with a courtyard where you could relax and sip tea, perfect for a relaxing break. The owner's family was very kind and welcoming! Nuangui Homestay I sent emails to Nuangui via trip.com on 24 Nov and 30 Nov to arrange for complimentary pick up. I got no reply to my 2 emails. I telephoned Nuangui via trip.com on 1 Dec before flying out to TengChong, a lady answered the phone, she insisted she didn't receive my 2 emails, but promised to arrange pick up. When we arrived in TengChong we were picked up and dropped off at the entrance of HeShun and given a gps map sharing location and told to find our own way to the minsu after eating because their staff/boss refused to meet and greet us at the HeShun entrance. At the time it was around 9.30pm. Despite the gps map sharing, we spent a long time walking around dark, narrow, quiet streets of HeShun looking for something to eat and then later the minsu location. In the end we couldn't find the minsu. There was no one around to ask for durections and it was quite dark and very cold. By around 11.15pm we finally gave up looking and called the minsu to come and find us and take us to the minsu. They only answered after a few minutes of calling. It was lucky we insisted on calling, we would never have found the minsu by ourselves. The minsu itself was great, comfortable and clean. The location is convenient (when u know where it is and how to get there). The minsu staff took our luggage all the way, from the airport to the minsu, which was very helpful, I wouldn't have made it to the minsu if I had to carry my own luggage because a lot of the HsShun streets are uneven, uphill and many steps. The only hic up was the bath, originally we thought it wasn't working because there was no hot water coming out from the hot water tap. After 3 nights of stay, we later found out that the taps were installed incorrectly, C water tap meant hot water and the other way round. Also, even though staying in minsu in HeShun, you still have to pay entrance tickets, that wasn't pointed out on the minsu details.

The view from the B&B is amazing. It's so enjoyable to just lie in bed or sit on the sofa and gaze at Wild Duck Lake. The hot springs are real hot spring water too. I had a few allergic reactions on my first night, but I slept so soundly that night. I absolutely loved the private hot spring bath on the large terrace. On my first night, I soaked in the hot springs, drank plum wine from the small restaurant downstairs, listened to music, admired the beautiful view of Wild Duck Lake, and watched the clouds drift across the sky. ⛅️ It felt like life was worth it. On our last night, the helpful manager remotely filled the hot springs. Suddenly, it started to rain heavily. I couldn't let the water go to waste, so I suddenly had the idea of ​​soaking in the hot springs under an umbrella. ♨️ What an unforgettable experience. When I checked out today, the handsome front desk guy drove me to my hotel downtown. His service was so thoughtful and deserves a five-star rating. Shanghai was 40 degrees Celsius, but Tengchong was only 18 today—such cool weather. Tengchong is perfect for a lazy person like me to just relax. See you next time.

This time I came to Tengchong with my lover. I spent 4 days in Tengchong, and 30,000 miles was my last day in Tengchong, but it was definitely the most satisfying stop I felt on my trip. After booking the inn, I contacted me whether to pick up the station. I thought it would be like other hotels. When I told me that I had already stopped picking us up after Tengchong, the inn arranged for a vehicle to pick us up at other hotels on time. Perhaps the real meaning of the word home away from home is from this moment. The boss is a local, the inn is a small part of his industry, but very enthusiastic but not as shrewd as a businessman, more than the simplicity of the local. Knowing that I like to drink, the various kinds of soaked wine in the inn made me taste it. I especially like the name they gave the wine ”Lovers' Tears” and ”Acacia”. There is a puppy in the inn that is very cute. . . There are many details that are highly recommended, but in general, I will definitely come back to this inn, and I highly recommend everyone to stay.
